I'd been hoping there was carpet on the floors, as the event I was there for involved a lot of time on my feet, making them very sore. The bed itself seemed super soft, and I'd expected something a bit better.

The facility is convenient to why I was in town (a race at Deadman Park), and was not expensive.

Wifi did not work what so ever so not great for working from home type things and that area is not good if you have AT&T. The room smelled like smoke a bit and the water temperature changes as you take a shower. Like a said before, good for just sleep.

It's great for sleeping and going. It's right by the court house and main highway of Manchester so highly recommend for Bonnaroo overnight. Staff are super nice and the 24 hour check in so beyond helpful with travel being unpredictable at times.

Everything seemed run down, alot of things needed maintenance and cleanliness was questionable at best, there were multiple items left in our rooms, making us question if we had clean sheets. Breakfast was only coffee. There could have been a pool, but it was green and half full.

Cheap price, nice location, interesting property. Lots of potential.

It was outdated and not the highest quality of accommodations. The front door didn’t feel very secure. I did encounter a roach during my stay. I suspect the price was hiked for the festival, but figure all hotels in the area did the same.

The location - it was very close to Bonnaroo.

The pool wasn’t open to guests, but the maintenance staff had access to it. Saturday night they ran the golf carts around and played music until I finally told them they were disturbing guests. I was told that I didn’t have to be rude by one of the guys.

The room was clean and tidy. The two staff members that I interacted with were great.

We couldn't get more towels for 3 day stay the pillows was awful and I checked in at 130pm cause there computer was down was told I could check out today at 2 and they made me leave at 12 I was pleased with my stay this time

Rm 308 *Carpet was really soiled. I did not want to go barefoot on this carpet. The carpet really needed to be replaced. *The springs in the bed were shot and the mattress definitely needed to be replaced. *The sheets and pillow cases had an oder as if they hadn't been washed in a while. *There was no hand soap or towels. If I hadn't been so tired and it not been so late I would have gone somewhere else.

No air flow was on in the rooms, so they smelled moldy and were stuffy. There are lots of stains in the carpet and on the bedding.

Didn't see any bugs! It was quiet, considering it was off the expressway.

The building needs a lot of work. When we walked in the light switch didn't turn anything on so we stumbled around until we could open a curtain. A lot of the lights just barely worked. The a/c had not been on so we had to turn it on. The vents weren't open, we had to figure that out and open them. After an hour or so away for dinner it had cooled to 74 degrees so we could sleep. Then, a family member tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. The rest of us went without showers.

The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The size of the room was great. It is intended for extended stay and I could see multiple people staying there together.
