Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandHard to park there on the street at night but there is a car park that’s $45 a night.
Good location

AustraliaThe parking was very expensive - $45 USD per night. We found this to be the most expensive overnight parking across our whole 4-week USA trip. The apartment was advertised for 5 people, and we booked for 5 people but only received bedding and towels for 4 people. Our 5th person slept on the couch with a couch cushion and only a thin blanket, which was disappointing as we had booked for 5 guests.
Our hosts were very responsive and were able to give us an earlier check-in by a few hours, on short notice. The location was absolutely perfect - walkable to all the popular Waikiki areas, but quiet enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. The building had great amenities, like a laundry, pool/spa, gym and mini mart, all of which were very useful. We also had towels, beach equipment and great free wifi provided.

United StatesThe parking fee was very high and did not have any local residence rates. The clearance height was also lower than most hotels so I could only park my truck (with racks) in a few parking stalls.
The pictures on the website is on point! I mean exactly what the unit looks like! The apartment was great! It was clean, very spacious living room area (even with 5 teenagers), the daybed and trundle bed was very soft/comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Although the apartment has AC, opening the windows left the apartment cool and breezy. The tv selection was awesome, so much channels to choose from and we were able to stream so easily! The location was in walking distance to all the shops and eateries. We would love to stay at this very apartment the next time on staycation!!

United StatesThe only hiccup was with the coffee machine not working but they quickly brought a new one over so it was not too big of an issue.
Amazing view! And great food down on the lobby level! Spacious hot tub and they provided chairs and mats for the beach which was just a 5 min walk away.

Excellent stay—perfect for a family of 4-5! I traveled with my family, including my 2- and 4-year-olds, and this apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped for families with young children. They even provide a step stool, kid-friendly utensils, and a bottle cleaner for baby bottles or sippy cups, which made our stay so much easier. Comfort & Amenities: All the beds are soft and comfortable, and there are extra linens and comforters available in the closet, which was a nice touch. The apartment is also stocked with very good cleaning supplies, making it easy to keep things tidy during your stay. Additionally, the balcony is equipped with beach gear, including two beach chairs and three beach mats, which made trips to the beach super convenient. Location: The location is fantastic—a short walk to Target, the beach, and the shopping district. Despite its central location, the apartment faces the canal, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. View: The view is truly breathtaking, far better than the photos on Booking.com suggest. You can enjoy stunning sights of the canal, ocean, and Diamond Head. Service: The owner is incredibly kind and very responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Things to Consider: The only downside is the parking, which costs $45/day. However, you can offset this cost by saving on meals with affordable groceries from Target nearby. Parent Tips: For parents of active little ones (like mine), I recommend keeping the balcony doors locked at all times and closely supervising children when they’re on the balcony. Overall, this apartment is an excellent choice for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. Highly recommend!
