Beautiful inn. Rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Large comfy beds. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate dinner at the restaurant inside Altland House; food was delicious.

Beds not very comfortable. Four of us in four different rooms all had same complaint. Otherwise lovely place.

Very quaint. Older, antique with history. Beautiful interior rooms and each one different!

Shower arm not installed properly and made a shower completely unreasonable.

No one there when leaving for check out. Credit card did not work in restaurant.

Pretty clasic free standing bath tub (not used) and pretty canopy bed. Had a nice diner in restaurant even while arriving late.

The beds were really high off the floor, but a stool was provided, so it worked out well. I think the high beds would be difficult for elderly people though.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room temperature control worked great. The location was perfect. The food was excellent. All in all a great place to stay!

The beds were super high for my mom and aunt in their 70's to get into. They had a stool but it wasn't stable. I would suggest they get a step ladder or lower the beds.

The bar restaurant was fantastic! They had live music and it was great food. The room decor was great.

The Continental breakfast was nice, but whrn we went out to get it the coffee was barely warm. It was in a carafe but it was just warm. There was no way to warm it up. We ended up making coffee in the room.

We liked the character of the place. Our room was beautiful and the furniture was very nice. The bathroom had a beautiful large walk in shower. Our dinner was delicious.

The hotel is on a roundabout and above a restaurant which was confusing at first but really cool as we could grab dinner with drinks and then walk up to our beautiful and nicely air conditioned historical room (double bed). If I’m back at Gettysburg, I’ll be staying here again!

Everything was awesome. My husband and I took a night away from our toddlers. The Atland House Inn was the perfect place to getaway to for a short stay. We purchased a package that they had going on which Included our room, a 3 course dinner and a bottle of wine or flight of beer. —Beautiful rooms, Entrance to inn rooms without having to go through restaurant, live music and brewery downstairs, short drive to walk around Gettysburg. We brought our fire stick hoping to watch a movie and we weren’t able to. Small tv with no hookups and it was grainy. If you don’t care about tv then the place is pretty cool with plenty to do!

The TV was a little small. I had to leave at 4:45 am for work so I didn’t get to enjoy breakfast I kinda had the feeling I was the only one at the building though. I did leave pretty early but i had the only car in the parking lot and the entire hotel was dark

The room was nice - I liked the decor The wood working/windows was very nice The restaurant had good food

Furnishings are shabby and need a good scrub. Soft furnishings are just worn out. Some had a kitschy vibe, but some were just tired. Window blinds in sitting are did not roll up, so no view. Bed was very high, with no step stool. Whirlpool tub was a nice surprise but wasn't clean, so I couldn't take advantage of it. Light switches were hard to find. Two dead bolts, but the door frame was cracked so the upper one was difficult to use. Television in the sitting room did not function. I am an older woman who was traveling alone. Third-floor room, no elevator, and no offer of help with luggage that had to be hauled up two very long and narrow flights of stairs. Electric outlets were hard to reach, so charging electronics was a challenge.

The historical building is beautiful. Lots of parking. Restaurant and Brew Pub onsite. Furnishings are quirky. Lots of closet space. Mini fridge was cold! Breakfast was grab-abd-go which was fine for my needs.
