Bathroom very tiny, and no vent in bathroom do window open to parking just above. TV was very small but worked perfectly.

The view of the mountains unobstructed. The staff, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Surprisingly quiet considering a roadway out front. Refrigerator and microwave were clean. Away from hustle bustle of town, and next door to a restaurant. Stores, fuel and other amenities very close.

Room was small probably because of the sink in the room and not in the bathroom. The pool was not exactly as shown on the picture. The WifI connection was not reliable. We had to handle phone connection sharing.

Very close to the entry of Rocky Mountain National Park and from Estes Park city as well ! Very convenient. The place was quiet.

Location to Rocky Mountain National Park was amazing, the room was very clean, good bedding with fridge and coffee maker. There is a pool too but I did not use it. Really good find if you are going to the park. highly recommend.

No fan in the bathroom. There is a little window but if you open it while you're in the bathroom people in the parking area and complex behind can see in. I wouldn't open it while showering or changing. The window is high enough they can't see while you're sitting on the pot. Still weird.

The beds were comfortable. We like the wooden floors. There is a fridge and microwave, coffee maker, iron, and full sized ironing board. We had control of the air. It's very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Literally on the road into the park.

More light in the room. One light burned out at bed and all of the bulbs are the lowest wattage available. While this has become common in many if not most hotels - it is frustrating to be in dim light all the time.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water was hot and all of the essentials for a hotel room were present. Extra towels, TP, coffee pods as well as a decent TV and mini-fridge. (if you needed one, which I did not, there was also a hair dryer)

There is a security light outside each of the rooms just under the roof. It comes on before dusk and goes off after dawn. Personally, i like to leave my drapes open and see the beautiful mountains and sky as i drift off to sleep. I was unable to do that. There are heavy drapes on the sliding glass door that you can close - which i did. Just because of that i wouldn't stay there again. The owner said no one had ever brought that to her attention before. So this may just be a problem for me and no one else. Also the screen was broken. I was able to put it back up and it needs attention - it was challenging to open and close the slider because of it.

The bed was very comfortable. The room had space for me to do yoga. It was comfortable for the two of us. The balcony was tiny and adequate for sitting outside. The view of the mountains was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need was in the room: small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV. We didn't use any of it and it's available. It was great to park right outside our door and just have a few stairs to carry our things in. No key was required to enter room, simply enter a code. That made it easy too. It was a much better price then most places in Estes Park. They are an easy access to RMNP which was great. There are two wonderful restaurants within walking distance. One serves breakfast and the other serves dinner. Both were delicious.
