Could’ve been cleaner, missed a collection of hair behind bathroom door. Blankets and pillows where very thin

We went for the blessing of the bikes in Baldwin, this was a great option very nice people and even had a fire pit!

Cabin was full of sand when we arrived the beds where very uncomfortable was like sleeping on a army cot the couche was even worse stayed at this location last year and our bed was not bad this year they were terrible .

Long term guests made it feel a little sketchy but I understand the need for revenue in this location during the shoulder months.

The sulfur smell of the water was hard to deal with.

There was plenty of room for all 5 of us plus our dog. The a/c worked good.

The floor was quite dirty which made the bed seem dirty only because I wore my socks to bed at first so dirt from socks got on bed . There was some stains on the walls that were a little gross ; however i am pretty sure it was just stains and not fresh liquid . We had a room that was very very tiny definitely not big enough for More than two people . No table.

Thw staff was very very nice ! The price is perfect for our needs . Just needed a place to stay before a very early fishing trip . I liked the picnic tables in the back and fire ring . I liked the location from the fish doc . I liked the tv, working a/c , and working coffee pot. Hot water in shower

The beds could have been more comfortable and there weren't enough pillows .

The area was nice and the managers were very nice my buddies bike had a bolt strip loose and the manager helped us by getting some Allen wrenches.

Housekeeping lacked. Room needs a deep clean. Smelled fish (salmon) in the room. Staff lingered outside all day and often maintenance was arguing with the front desk people.

Good location for fishing and it's between Ludington and Baldwin.

Extremely strong smell of something we thought was moth balls, so strong you could taste it. Had to sleep on floor because dog food all over pull out bed. Tap and toilet water was brown.

The front door pry 20' from the highway. It's loud outside, loud inside with Windows closed. Slows down at night at least. Small holes in walls, and I'm sure we heard mice in walls running around. (surrounded by woods, I get it, but do something) Hair, and left over soap still in shower. Didn't use that while we were there..

The cottage it's self was spacious and nice. It was the 2 room kitchen. Big one. The people working there, left us alone.

Cute motel, easy access from road. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My pit bull was treated very fairly, and was not feared.

The location was exactly as advertised, clean and quiet. My husband found it more than adequate, described it as a typical hunting cabin. I found it exactly as described, but more rustic than I was willing to deal with. We left early, THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS. It was a charming, rustic cabin exactly as described and pictured, turns out I'm just not good with rustic any more.

•Upon arrival at 7pm; CHECK IN- I was asked to "write down credit card information including security code/exp date)" i refused as i paid online for my room, seemed like a scam...i refused at first only to discuss this with my husband to lick my card immediately as this process felt untrustworthy, staff said he needed these numbers so he could get psid from Booking.com. *1st room bedding was in the dryer (only set for the room). Trash wasn't emptied, rugs/floors obviously not swept or vacuumed. Toilet was also obviously not cleaned. Polite staff changed us immediately to a room that was ready (should have asked in the beginning, knowing the room wasn't ready for my later arrival as I called to verify my reservation and ETA). •2nd room was cleaned, cozy. BUT - the toilet wasn't bolted down. My tiny granddaughter even m adequate the toilet move and slam against the wall, trying to use the bathroom. Besides a rough start of my 2 day stay here, we slept great and enjoyed our time here. It was a fun time..in the end; to get this amazing price of the room- you get what you pay for. Rustic environment LOVE... comfortable and peaceful. I'd likely stay here again and definitely look things over before unpacking. •This establishment is under new owners, and they're doing a good job making people happy, I made reservations online. The only thing is that he had no idea of my reservation, no way to look it up. He had absolutely no interest in seeing my paid record for my room(2 nights), and he still had me write down my card numbers!! This is important as the scams and thievery in this world I s out of control. Pay for rooms with a card that is locked after payment complete to keep things legit. Just sayin.
