We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The rooms could use another chair to sit in. The music from the club downstairs was disturbing.

The only thing complementary for breakfast is coffee and/or tea. I think they should specify when advertising or don’t say breakfast is included at all.

I enjoyed the bar, the options in the area for dining, the options to purchase snacks.

We were very tired and havubg a delta getting into another room was annoying but we woujd go back .

My wife and I have stayed here many times. We were booked room 232 and wjenwe arrived in the room the bed was dirty and not made and there were ert towels and trash every where. We went back downstairs to the desk and informed the clerk it looked like someone was still staying there. He issued us another room and apologized.

Do NOT take a "cab" called by the hotel. I ended up in a dingy minivan that only accepted cash. It's a little hard to get to if you are not driving. Cab fare from the Amtrak station in Philly was almost $40 and Uber black was almost $75.

Recently renovated and I was told it just had the basics and that was all I needed but everything was nice and new in appearance. Breakfast was available for purchase, but it pre-made and just put in a microwave, heated, and dispersed. They also has muffins to sell and several snacks and items, but all for individual sale. Ample parking. There is 1 restaurant right next door, a Starbucks very close, and a Walmart across the street. Friendly and lovely staff

I hated the bathroom for the guest room... I could find the door for the bathroom until the morning after and my boyfriend telling me it's a sliding one... but what I really don't like is hearing my partner use the bathroom like some quietness would be nice... cause what if you have to go #2... no thank you

I liked the area and how close places were for all of us, especially the restaurant.

The room was not as clean as I had hoped. The shower was dirty and there was visible mold growing in there. That might be why the light in the shower are was so very very dim. It was hard to see in the shower because it was so dark. Also when I walked around the room in my new white socks they turned brown on the bottom of my socks in just a few minutes... It really grossed me out.

The location was perfect for my needs. The parking was good. The staff was friendly.

This particular ALOFT needs an update it’s looking worn. The mirror on sliding door to bathroom had a Hugh crack and I feared it would break during my stay. Sage in my room did not work.

Location is exceptional. Availability of snacks was good. Breakfast was good. The staff in this location go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. From the front desk to the maid service your PEOPLE make for a positive experience.

I stayed here about 4 years ago and it has started showing some wear. you pay extra for breakfast items other than coffee but there is a Bob Evans across the street and a Starbucks in the same parking lot

Lack of humilities in the room. No microwave, everyone in the hotel have to share the same microwave downstairs. In the lobby. That's not good for a hotel like that. We have to wait in line just to use one microwave.
