My rate was including breakfast, and the breakfast options could be better, just a few sandwiches and wraps to choose from.

Great location next to the US Bank Stadium as I was attending a game at the stadium

Their computer glitched, causing a double charge between their system and booking.com. I am 2 days in and counting, in trying to reach the General Manager to fix this overcharge (no other staff there is authorized to do so).

The staff is friendly and personable. It isn't their fault, but management needs to train them better on 3rd party and the computer system. We would like to stay there again, but I won't be using a 3rd party system again, and will only book there directly.

The room was on the smaller side so it probably would’ve started to feel cramped if we’d stayed longer than a couple of days, but for our one night stay it was great!

This was a great hotel for a short stay like ours. There were lots of smart little design features in the room. It was a very dog friendly environment with treats accessible in the lobby. Our dog was also welcome when we spent time with friends in the hotel bar, which had a delightful ube cheesecake! I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were in a beautiful open space with exterior windows and natural light. It’s definitely in a busy part of town, right by the US bank stadium, and I could definitely imagine staying again if I was traveling for a concert

No stairs to the first floor from the far end of the second level. Stairs only led to the outside. Also booked 2 rooms with breakfast included for each room and only received 1 breakfast voucher after we inquired about the breakfast “included” aspect. Very pricey for what we received.

The friendliest of the first person we spoke to Amber was phenomenal and she helped us make sure we had adjoining rooms to accommodate our group. The pool and hot tub were a hit for our group.

Only one employee was staffed at the desk during check in time with a large event so they were busy. The pool area was small. The hotel itself has only a handful of parking spots so on busy days expect to try and find parking on the road or pay $50 for the ramp next door.

The lobby had plenty of games to play with a large and inviting area to hang out. They had a large community paint by number, free to use pool table and coloring sheets. The bar was covered in lights and the Bartender was really the life of the room. Each drink was perfect. 7 minute walk to the US Bank Stadium.

The front desk staff is less than professional. Upon check in, they gave no information on amenities, where to find things, how to get wifi, parking, where to take your dog out. I stay in hotels frequently and the lack of information upon check in was disappointing. I’ve stayed at less elegant hotels who give you more… I shouldn’t have to ask for everything and there should be a lowdown you give customers. There was one woman in particular I had an altercation with, as I expressed dissatisfaction in my stay the next morning (dirty rag in room, no ice machine I could find, pool closed, staff not friendly, no wifi information given), she raised her voice and spoke over me and basically told me she didn’t care. I was unable to even speak with her, and requested a different manager. The experience did not at all meet expectations from their website or social media - and it was something I wanted to discuss. The entire interaction left me feeling uneasy, nervous and deeply saddened about my stay. I have never experienced such poor hospitality at a hotel to begin with at check in - and then for it to escalate after I expressed disappointment is something I never expected to encounter with a professional at work. The other manager rectified the situation with being a calm, kind person, but I still could not believe what had happened.

The city view was great. The location was good.

would have liked fresh fruit, An apple or banana on departure.

Brought grand kids and my son to see Blink 182 and stayed at Aloft. Second time staying there, great place, even the lobby had fun stuff for the kids. Two queen beds were great to sleep on, room got to just the right amount of dark for me to sleep. No hallway noise or from neighboring guests. The location is close to the Vikings stadium and close to the rail to catch to get to Target center or Target Field.
