Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesTime for food to be served. During breakfast hours an additional person was needed to take orders so the darling lady preparing the food wouldn't be interrupted. It's expecting too much to ask 1 person to take orders and prepare the food. I've never seen this before. Also, if the form had a specific food pick up time option, this would make it easier for the one preparing. Lastly, if the form was made available the day before to be handed in by a specific time to be honored, the process would run more smoothly.
The location for breakfast was good. The food and coffee options were good. It was kept clean. Bags of available ice was nice to have. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee in lobby always a plus.

United StatesI was there to see Metallica and the price for the night of the concert was three times the amount for the Friday stay and they required me to book two nights when one could have worked. Also the last time I stayed here 12 years ago there was a lively night life and things to do right beside the hotel. now that area beside the hotel is practically a ghost town. most stores are empty.

I really enjoyed the location—being downtown made it easy to walk to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant.

United StatesI did not like the fact that it had did not have a microwave in the room I did not like the fact that we had to pay for ice bags I did not like the fact that we had to pay for cereal and milk I think that was a little bit on the ridiculous side I understand snacks and dreams but continental breakfast should be free. That's what you would call hospitality
Room was nice.. I feel all the rooms need they own microwave cuz it's an inconvenience to be comfortable and leave your room to go warm up your food. And also it needs a ice machine at least on three floors instead of customers or people that paid so much for these rooms have to buy I think that's a little bit on the ridiculous side
