United StatesThe stay was great but the rooftop bar was way too small for NYE and no dance floor. If it was any other night, I'm sure it would have been a fantastic bar though! Views, outdoor heaters, and lounge space.
We stayed here on NYE after the Bills game and it was great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. The shower was AMAZING. We even got in to the NYE rooftop party for free with our stay.

United StatesI got the breakfast included option and it was weird how they tell you not to get more than 10 dollars of food per person. Which was strange and unclear in the booking.
Great establishment that is pet friendly. I loved that it was well kept, clean, and that the customer service was great. Places I've been too that are pet friendly are dirty or not well taken care of. The pool was nice and we also enjoyed the steam room.

Great location, close to Keybank Center to see Buffalo Sabres game. Lot's of restaurants close by to choose from. Rooms clean,beds comfy. Pool,small bowling alley, nightclub all within.

CanadaWayyyy to expensive for area in city and for actual city, meaning no disrespect to the city of Buffalo, the price paid (over $400 usd for a Sat night) or the size of the room, i paid much much more per night in comparison to the likes of downtown Toronto or Miami. Aloft taking complete advantage for the lack of competition in the area. Also, for the price paid, it would have been appreciated that onsite parking was included, in which it wasnt. For this price, NEVER going back.

United StatesI just wish the roof top had been open on Sunday. Dad and I enjoyed the view on Saturday and though to watch the sunset on Sunday. We were disappointed to find out it was not open on Sunday. I did enjoy the eclipse party on Monday though.
I was very happy with the room. I am very very very pleased that the lady at the front desk was able to move me to a room with two beds, instead of just the single. I had originally booked a single bed, but my Dad asked to come along to see the eclipse at the last minute. I assumed that it would be impossible to change anything with the way hotels were during the eclipse. I brought my own air mattress instead. The staff member asked if we wanted to switch to a room with two beds and was able to make it happen.

Room was not properly cleaned before my arrival, leaving trash of previous occupants, as well as significant dust on where I would have had to place my clothes, as well as human hair in the drawers I was supposed to use.

United StatesThis hotel charge us more without telling us the exact price for one more day we stayed.... who would spend 500 bucks on a two-beds room after the bar exam..... The manager spent some time on this dispute with us and literally told us she would not continue thsis conversation and told us she is the one in charge. It is a horrible attitude for whether a manager or a frontdesk.... SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We have checked the price for the thrid time at least for 5 times with the reply of "Yes the price is the same with the two days(we stayed) ". The only proof the staff would count on is the confirmation letter, anything they promised you orally is not countable or reliable........ After being charged more and getting service like this, I think this hotel needs more improvement on the staff management and service.....

The staff at this location did not meet my expectations of good service for the Marriott chain. The front desk computers were not working properly at check in and again at check out. They were unable to print a hard copy of my final bill. The final bill was emailed to me. I have to say the credit card charges were all over the map and did not reflect the final bill I was emailed. I will be contacting the manager to get this sorted out. Very disappointed.

United StatesI was woken up from sleep 2 nights by yelling and banging by other visitors. Last night I was woken by a couple screaming on balcony at 3:30 in the morning and then loud music. Staff seemed unconcerned basically could care less. My room was ok but for the price it should have been cleaner walls were dirty and no hair conditioner in the shower and the body wash that was available looked old and gross. One tiny bar of soap to wash our hands and no face clothes. I have paid less for much much more amenities and nicer hotel. If you want a night of partying at all hours this would be perfect place. Suited for a younger crowd that wants to go to clubs nightly. No separation from loud music and rest.
I liked the location and the accessibility to restaurants in the hotel.
