Front desk was not very fast at check in. The computer system was down, but 25 minutes to check in around midnight is not acceptable.

It’s next to another property with the same name so it can get confusing. We unloaded our bags and found out we should have been at the adjacent property.

Liked the kitchen in the room and the daily breakfast. Near casino.

The bathroom had ants. Yea and the ceiling looked like it had water damage.

The area was decent it was a 25 minute drive from Baltimore with Traffic. The breakfast was decent. The kitchenette was very nice.

Rooms was a little smaller than used to. Also it was advertised to have a sleep sofa but the room didn’t have one

The the shower had too much water running on the floor. The lights in the bedroom can we change for touch. There was no bucket to hold ice or get it from.

The staff made the stay great. And the location was perfect.

The staff is friendly at the front desk. At breakfast, the staff “chef” was very attentive and friendly. He asked if we were satisfied with our stay.

I was supposed to get a upgrade but I got a smaller bed. They switch my room to a king size which was good but didn’t get the upgrade. I was to tired to complain so just stood in the room. The bed was a little outdated m. It felt like I was going to roll off the side of the bed. Not comfortable at all.

We inquired about staying an extra night and the manager stated she would set everything up and we would be charged the same price. She also stated we would be able to sign off on it with a member from the evening staff, when we returned from our outing. When we returned the other staff member gave us a higher price for the same room that they never cleaned our entire stay. After the disagreement she stated the only way we could keep the rate we were quoted was to move to another room. Needless to say we had to move ourselves to another half cleaned room.

We enjoyed the size of the first room we had.

It was dirty smelled like mildew tv didn't wrk mold on walls .. pure disaster ! They need to close during renovations ! Requested refund at arrival no one wanted to accommodate it . Thn called booking they only gave me one night back . Never again

These areas could really use improvement: the bed was way too soft, the shower was way too weak, the carpet was too thin, the pool had some kind of weird foam on the top when I went in, it was a little weird to go in honestly, The breakfast sausages were burnt to a crisp, and there wasn’t a lot of selection with respect to muffins, fruit etc. And the computer was down and so I cannot get a receipt, was more difficult to change my reservation when I needed to, they were confused and slow at checking in, couldn’t even tell if I was at the loft or at the element. So took an inordinate amount of time.

So I liked having a full kitchen, I like the idea that there was a pool and the idea that there was breakfast but I have comments about that. The staff was very nice and given the problems they were having with the computer for at least a couple of weeks, they did their best. The place was clean.

Booked and paid for a King Room with couch bed. Received one queen bed without the couch bed. Next morning found out that the shower was not working. Water was turned off.
