Location was perfect for our requirements; within easy walk to State Capitol and City Hall buildings. Easy to reach by car off of I-787 and I-90. Quiet location; convenient parking garage; comfortable room; friendly housekeeping.

A better way to enter the lobby with luggage from our car; perhaps a wider door or a doorman to hold doors open. Breakfast options were limited to a standard, one price buffet.

Perfect for a night get away very clean!

The room was nice.

They were doing repairs and had huge fans outside our room running 24/7. Loud as heck. Someone was wandering with kids music on their phone most of the night. The phone on our room doesn't work too call the front desk for help. The front desk staff was under staffed and we had to wait 20 minutes while she was in the phone at check in. And it was nearly the same at check out. The breakfast Buffet was terrible. And not worth the price. The waiter was wonderful though. Seriously disappointed in how terrible this stay was.

The location to the event I was attending was very convenient.

To be honest, the cost of the room did not correlate to the quality of the hotel. We had an issue where there was no toilet paper in the room. I made an answer for the front desk. Three hours later we still have not received toilet paper. I went down to the front desk to see if I could grab some directly from them they said they couldn’t help me. They said the person responsible was on break and after we had gone to bed, I had a knock at my door at 9:30 PM for the person to deliver. The toilet paper requested almost 5 hours after the request is made. I offered to go buy some myself and the front desk told me there was nothing around and couldn’t help me. We had one towel for two adults. The room was tired, and outdated. The hallway had baseboards missing in some areas of the hallway with poor patch jobs. There was water damage on the ceiling in the shower. The tub was working uneven, which was tricky getting in and out The soap dispenser were broken and scattered throughout the bathroom. I was disappointed in the service and the overall quality of the hotel for the high cost.

When the cleaners take towels they should replace them. We asked 3 times before we got them.

Easy to get to our destination in Albany

First room didn’t have working air conditioning and smelled very musty. Moved to a second which was fine.

Staff was friendly.

The hotel was surrounded by heroin addicts. My wife, baby and I walked to dinner. Shady ass neighborhood. We had to ask the front desk for new sheets because the ones in the room were stained. Paint was peeling off the walls, the room smelled, and we were not happy.

A/c didn’t work properly and water pressure was very poor

1. Check in was ridiculously too long 25miutes .. poor staffing 2. The hallways were dity 3. The room Air conditioning dud not work! Moved to Another room and that room A/C dud work either! I wanted to To cancel but they refused to refund. If it wasn’t so late in tge evening I would have went elsewhere!.. Very bad experience, poor standards at this location!

Phone did not work in my room . The carpet was smelly..shower dirty..night table dirty...desk dirty. No tissue in tbe bathroom

I loved it. I had a fantastic 😍 time. The hotel was gorgeous. I felt like I was one of the 1%. The hotel was located in a great location that was convenient for a tourist like me!

I didn't have a problem. The food was great. The staff was friendly 😁.

Food at the banquet was great as was the room

Projectors and screen set up for presentation was poor. Staff seemed short on Saturday difficult to get lunch in restaurant
