First room didn’t have working air conditioning and smelled very musty. Moved to a second which was fine.

Projectors and screen set up for presentation was poor. Staff seemed short on Saturday difficult to get lunch in restaurant

The rooms were extremely warm and AC was not doing the job. Bathroom was a little dirty as were the dressers and windowsill. Bathroom was very small, toilet see was partially broken. Went to wrong breakfast buffet by accident with my daughter (it was not labeled as being for a group) grabbed a plate of food to take to the room to eat before her dance competition and when getting ready to walk away with it, was told that it was for a specific of people that were staying there and he took the plate from my daughter. It was an honest mistake and no one said anything when we were plating...just didn't seem right to take the food from a child. I would have happily paid for it. Left me questioning Hiltons values.

No soap in the bathroom, no stationary. Long wait on the phone to reach the front desk. Couldn't get the wifi straight

The temperature of the building. We were at a conference, and it was freezing. We also had difficulty maintain a comfortable temperature in our room. The price per room was high, maybe because of the conference?

Great location in the city, nice view of the capital building. Lots of elevators.

Told ahead of time that it cost $25 pp.and we paid the hostess, and walked to front desk to ask the lady at the desk if we could check out by 11:30, and our hostess came over and asked if we could get a voucher for breakfast,the young girl behind the desk, with long nails and jewels all over her nails, was really rude to her, and she acted like it was gonna inconvenience her. Wasn’t even pleasant to us.

Breakfast was nice, totally thought it was complimentary.

Room obviously hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There were price tags and plastic tags on the floor and corrosion/white dust under the sink.

We were dispatched to uncleaned room, Full of dirts, food leftovers from previous occupants, then room was changed but in this time, only one set of towel for 3 persons reserved room. Then, bathtub drain was clogged, room service sent crew to remove strain. Then windows looked like frosted glass due to dirt. But beds was comfortable to get sleep like a baby after all above incidents

The overall standard room is a bit overpriced. The food in the restaurant was basic and little bit overpriced

We asked manager a few question and she seemed bothered. Never gave us answer to questions. My family has a reaction to the bed sheets we need to know what kind of products were used.

The room was visibly NOT CLEANED, surfaces had marks and were sticky, not even wiped. Bathroom also not clean. The sheets even looked dirty! We didn't shower and were only there to sleep, left at 5am.

Location was the main reason for booking this hotel, it was in walking distance to concert venue and had parking.
