United StatesI had to ask 3x to get into my room my keys weren’t working. They said was there mistake my credit card was missing on file which i gave when i checked in. They didn’t charge the room so needed my card again. It was frustrating i couldn’t get in my room standing 15 min wet from the pool having to use the restroom . So inconvenienced i also didn’t like the pool bar closed at 6 pm on Friday ! We went in pool 530 and we got a drink then it closed ! The pool stays open til 9 pm

The resort was clean, the pool was large and beautiful and the staff was friendly, caring and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

I booked the room many months in advance and when I arrived at the room, it was overlooking a huge parking garage/rooftop. They also mention they would have balloons in the room… In the end we ended up with a basic room, no balloons.
I loved the fact that we could stay there and see a concert there. The concert venue was great.

United StatesIt was disappointing when we got in early to not get in our room on a Sunday until well after 4:00 PM. We left on a Tuesday and they could not accommodate late checkout not even until noon, although 1:00 PM was what we really needed. If they had accommodated that we would have stayed and enjoyed the pool and the casino much longer.
The pool is beautiful. The staff is great everywhere in the hotel and casino casino is easy to get around.

Everything is great about this property. The moment you check in to the moment you walk out. Staff is amazing. I haven’t stayed at a place where everyone has such great attitude and customer service. The pool is heated and perfect for any type of weather. Plenty of parking. And amazing food in site. This was our first time due to unforeseen circumstances wrecked our initial vacation plans. I’m glad I saw the billboard and made a reservation. I will be visiting again.
