The cabin was beautiful to us inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The furniture and bed were comfortable. We did notice a few cobwebs that others had complained about, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Things like that happen in the country. The only true complaint that we had was with the shower head. It should be replaced, but the water pressure was great though! We also wish that we could have stayed longer. It was a quick overnight business trip. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was great. We did have a small glitch in the hot water. We tried twice to use the indoor jetted tub and there was not enough hot water to get it over the jets. We tried waiting a bit and adding more but, by the time it was hot again what was already in the tub had cooled so it was useless. Not really a problem with the one on deck.

The view was wonderful. It is a great place to spend time.

The walls in the bedroom and bathroom were very dusty. It looks like it hasn’t been properly dusted or cleaned in years, almost like cobwebs stuck to the wood. The shower leaked into the floor which has caused a soft spot in the bathroom. The pilot light in the gas fireplace was out even though there was a notice on the wall that said it would remain lit from October to March. We contacted Vacasa and were told to use a long lighter and light the fire ourselves. That’s not something we would typically pack and no lighter was found on the property. I assume they expected us to go and purchase one. It was a bummer that we couldn’t have a fire on our cold weekend trip.

I would suggest providing quality toilet paper & quality paper towels. We wouldn't have to use so much if good paper product were provided. Why not provide a can of coffee & at least salt & pepper? All VRBO & VACASA units we've stayed at have provided coffee and some spices, at least salt & pepper. Also the mattress needs replacing; mattresses do wear out & how would you know until someone tells you? It is time for a new mattress. I wouldn't lower my rating for the cabin for these few things; we've stayed in this cabin before & have loved it.

Location was great for our plans during our stay in Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub & fireplace; it was quite cold during our stay.We did really enjoy our stay, the cabin is beautiful!!!

The single road to the cabin was a little sketchy. It wasn't easy for us to have two vehicles to come and go. Be nice if they can widen in the future. The jacuuzi tub is nice but wife would always run her foot into the first step to tub. Maybe downsize to a queen bed? just a thought.

We enjoyed the place very much. The view, the game room, and we enjoyed chilling in the living room in the evenings.

Needs a good deep clean can see a lot of dust & spider webs just looking up, bed frame got our knees a couple times be careful, all the furniture needs to be updated really, & to get a new shower head & liner, it was difficult to get tv to work

There were 3 adults which meant we had to utilise the sofa bed in the lounge. It was not comfortable due to a very thin mattress so we converted it back to the sofa and slept on it like that. Bearing in mind it caters for 4, I'm glad there were not 4 adults in our group.

The lodge is great and had some nice touches such as the pool table , games machine, hot tub and whirlpool bath.

The cabin was dusty. Bedframe, furniture, bathroom walls and curtains were really really dusty. Kitchen cabinets were falling off. Pull out is definitely old/torn and mattress was really uncomfortable. Hair on the rug like its hardly ever vacuumed or cleaned.

Location was perfect. Cabin was beautiful. View was amazing. Hot tub was nice and clean. Appliances were new.

This cabin is amazing. I didn't want to leave! It's huge! I had been travelling a lot before arriving so was perfect having a soak in the hot tub and relaxing with the cozy fire on. The bed was really comfy, plenty towels etc. Only couple of mins drive from main strip in pigeon forge. perfect location, so peaceful. I will defo be back. Thank You 😍

Neighbors were pretty loud at 12-1am but that isn’t something the property owner can help🤷🏻‍♀️ buttons on the hot tub and AC was a little finicky but still worked fine. Honestly everything was great

Very beautiful and great location. This is the ideal place to stay when going to Pigeon Forge and I’m so glad that we found this absolute gem for our yearly vacation!

The day we checked out I noticed when I got home that night I left my Vera Bradley make up bag full of make up $400.00 worth hanging behind door in bathroom and Vera Bradley blanket on couch, that they say they never found. Kinda disappointed it was never located! Checked out on a Thursday and was finally contacted today (Monday) don’t know what took so long.

Some of the furniture is getting tired.

The property is located close to the "strip" in Pigeon Forge. You will need a car to get around. The property fits the bill if you are looking for a "cabin in the mountains" atmosphere. We found it to be quiet and relaxing. The only thing I will say is some of the furniture is getting tired. The chair in the bedroom has to go. I would stay here again.

I didn't like how my service/ phone was spotty. It was just hard to make calls or anything even being hooked to the wifi

I liked the pool table, the arcade machine, and how close it was to everything! Also the jetted tub!!
