A bit too expensive, but this may have been due to a festival. The room on the second floor had a shared balcony and people talking in front of the window made sleep not very comfortable.

Very kind personnel. Coffee machine and free coffee in the room

Staff was great, it was a nice vibe. AC worked really good, the room provided us with what we needed for that night. Definitely would stay again, got a student at ft Lewis now and it doesn't break the bank

Solid floor, bed rolled away when I sat on it. Parking was tight. Hot tub is right next to the main road, zero privacy.

The Adobe Inn is a basic affordable motel and perfect for a quick stay in Durango.

The air conditioner was a bit loud and needed maintenance, which I reported to the staff in the morning. Luckily, the August nights in Durango are cool, and we were able to use the fan setting and stay comfortable in the room.

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, soft sheets, smooth, fresh towels, and a hot shower with nice water pressure. For a one-night stay, the Adobe Inn was perfect. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to the historic area of Durango with lots of dining and shopping options.

There were no handicap bars in the bathtub and I had to use a hand towel in the tub to prevent slipping.

They were able to accomodate us with a room on the lower level so we would not have to climb stairs which I believed to be an upgrade fom the original room without charging more. It is an older motel but has been renovated and was very clean and comfortable.

I feel like the floors could be mopped more. They left a brown stain at the bottom of my feet when I didn’t have socks on.

I enjoyed the privacy and the quiet quality of the inn. I also enjoyed having a working private cooler just for my room. It’s so much easier when you don’t have to share.

You get what you pay for. Same things that people have been complaining about in reviews still don’t work like ice machine and Jacuzzi. Window AC unit was loud.

Given the cost of staying in Durango, I expected that this would not be a 5 star property. No complaints with cleanliness. In general, the room/building and grounds, were rather dated and a bit rough around the edges. The ice machine was NOT working.

Super friendly and helpful gentleman at the front desk.

the shower leaks water on to the floor no matter how tightly you arrange the shower curtain. So I'm sure the wood underneath must be rotten since the floor is "mushy" to walk on. Needs better lighting on the driver's side of the bed. The street noice is not terrible but it is noticeable.

good location, good price point for a holiday. The owner/manager was very helpful in light of the fact I arrived after 11pm.

Rooms could use a more modern renovation in my opinion but the place still has its charm and I'll be staying there again.

It's well-priced and in a pretty convenient location.
