Bottom floor

Lighting. No kitchen Air conditioner so old hardly blew cold air. Taped front on A/C fell off during the night. Electric outlet not secure to wall and had to move the only lamp due to excess heat from outlet. The old saying you get what you pay for. It definitely applies to this place. Should have fought for some compensenation!!!!! This is the worse place to rent a room.

The pool, grounds, and the bed was not bad at all

Needs a Continental breakfast served

Location and it was quite. Pool was nice. Ed was amazing and very helpful! He was polite, friendly and attentive.

Beds bit hard

The room they gave us was close to the poem and to the front desk and they made coffee in the morning and it was good coffee too I love the fact that it's convenient to many places we go like Clayton or Alex Bay and even close by the grocery stores and restaurants having a pool is a huge Plus this hotel as I would go to every time we visit this area the staff is always very pleasant as well

It was a good place to stop, we needed a rest.

The minute we walked in, all I could smell was cigarettes. There was no breakfast like the ad said so we had to find breakfast out which is a bit more expense.

Location

Smoke detector chirped the first night the whole night. No water pressure in bathroom sink. Toilet felt like in was falling over, not secured to floor.

Check in staff was informative and helpful with all that was required. The checkout staff was friendly , informative and helpful as well.

When in the room it was quiet and peacefully very clean . Was a five day stay and room was cleaned well each day. One thing I would suggest is the deposits of money required when using a certain credit card ! Never experienced that before but it worked out in the end. Also I thought I booked a two bed room but apparently I didn't but we made do , no fault to the hotel.

The A/C was broke, the room smelled awful from cigarette smoke, my asthma couldn’t handle it. Blood on the sheets, bugs in the bathroom, people outside blaring music. Due to my asthma we had to leave. And the staff refused to refund us.

Facility needs a major upgrade. Beds are very uncomfortable. Rugs are worn out. Ac unit was leaking water on floor soaking rug.

Was not the room that we booked. The first room smelled like vomit, was moved to another room that we though was ok. Left for the day, came back in the evening and that's when we noticed the air conditioner was not working properly. Was not clean, smelled like an ashtray, no coffee maker in room, thin mattress and pillows. Saw two bugs. I can go on, but there is too much to write.

I liked everything but I am not one to complain.
