The street felt unsafe to walk on, especially at night

Very close to Niagra falls, owner was lovely and welcoming, giving us advise on what to do and where to go, historic element to the stay was fascinating

The neighborhood was creepy. We didn't have our own showroom.

The atmosphere, the look of the house. It's close to Nigeria falls. We walk to the falls.

Shared bathrooms, only 2 so if the accommodation is fully booked it might be inconvenient.

The history of the property was fascinating. The location was really convenient, close to the attractions and amenities. Breakfast was well worth the extra.

    * The place leans a bit too much as a museum. For example, the furniture looks great as museum pieces, but probably is not suitable for hotels. I had chairs in my room that looked antique and probably wouldn't hold a 300lbs man, so I didn't sit in them. * Bathroom door (very heavy) lacked a proper pull handle (or a handhold dugged into the side of the door) would have been better. * The rules which I believe are absolutely necessary, still felt a bit excessive. * Guest were told to refrain from eating in the room. * I paid $60 (cash) for late check in. * No communication (text or email) asking for feedback during my stay.

The location was great. I was able to walk to the "Falls". I think the hosts were really trying to do something great. I think their "living museum" is a good angle that might be able to separate them from the other B&B in the area. I think those individuals who like antiques and like history, they will probably enjoy a visit. There were plenty of towels provided. Robes too. The place was quiet and appeared to be well stocked. Although, I believe the owners actually live there, I never saw anyone (or felt like I was being watched). I could come and go without feeling like I needed to check-in with someone.

I wish the staff could provide hot water for us to make tea or hot drinks. The bathroom does not have a hand bar in the shower room, and there is no place to place clean clothes in the bathroom as you take the shower. The bed was comfortable, but there was no room to hang clothes/coats..etc.

The location to the Niagara Falls State Park

Bathroom was shared between 3 couples and 1 single and other visitors were a little less than sensible with their use of the facility. The staff did manage the situation well. Other bathroom was downstairs through dining room which , although accessible, was a little more difficult to use.

Breakfast was magnificent. Staff were fabulous. Close to everything.

Not with the property so much but with the initial extended wait to be let in. I was frustrated by this Romario because I was warned of the repercussions if I didn’t arrive within the window I provided. I arrived exactly on time and had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time.

The upstairs suite was beautiful and comfortable! I felt safe with the door code requirement for security purposes. The morning brunch was delicious and totally exceeded my expectations!

The location is not the best. There are many delapidated homes in the area. Hopefully there are enough people like our host that have a vision and rescue them.

It is a civil war era house that has been rescued and beautifully furnished with period furniture

This house was everything I was expecting! This history is so neat. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the Falls and there were several restaurants near by. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of the staffs control, I was unable to experience the breakfast. I look forward to returning so that I can.

No faults at all. Sure, the area was a bit poor, but I can't blame the house for that. The block we were on felt safe and charming.

The breakfast was amazing, Catherine was charming and had so much history of the area, the house was quirky and beautiful. We absolutely loved our experience and would definitely stay again.

Aaron House is a hidden gem nestled near the Niagara Falls. If you're looking for a usual and common accommodation, this is not the place for you. The hotel is a historic home, meticulously preserved in every detail, offering a truly unique experience. I personally loved the two nights I spent here, thanks to the passion of the owner who managed to immerse us in the spirit of this house museum. Special mention goes to the breakfast (incredible!!!) and the fragrant soaps in the numerous bathrooms. The attention to detail extended to every aspect of our stay, from the beautifully rooms to the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I highly recommend it!!!
