There is no service at the cabin. WIFI username was sent in email but not the passcode. Vasaca had a public not secured option that we had to use instead.

Great place for the price point. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for a party of 6. Had an issue with the hot tub but they fixed it right away and even gave a partial refund. Very responsive of any needs and even extended our stay an extra day. Would stay again.

They were still there cleaning it at 5:30 when we could check in at 4:00.

When we glanced around everything looked great but once we got into our downstairs bedroom I found cobwebs in the corners of the room at the head of the bed. There were also cobwebs at the front door on the inside by the kitchen cabinets. The flooring in the downstairs bathroom was loose.

We loved the location of the cabin and the bed downstairs was very comfy.

There were a lot of cobwebs everywhere and even above the shower. There were old French fries in the king upstairs and the sofa bed and the downstairs bed were not very comfy.

Location, it was beautiful. Easy to access and equipped with about anything we needed.

Steep and narrow roads to cabin. Lot of steps to enter cabin. Could not control the thermostat, it was locked on 72 and we are all hot natured and like it cooler at night.

Very clean and close to town. Plenty of room to spread out. Nicely furnished.

There was things missing that should have been in the cabin. There was no kitchen rag, no trash bags, ants in the bathroom, ants in kitchen, bathroom floor tile, no ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom which made it very hot in the bedroom, the thermostat was locked & couldn't turn it down as 72° is too hot in that cabin & absolutely ridiculous, floors were dirty as we got there, cob webs in rooms & in corners of bath tubs. Didn't realize the long steps were the only way up to the cabin so I didn't like that. The community pool was freezing cold. The spa at the pool was supposed to be hot & it was very cold

The downstairs bathroom the shower is inside the whirlpool tub and the floor was slick. I showered upstairs in the other bathroom due to almost falling and having a bad knee

The front rocking chair was broken upon arrival. That was the only thing I saw wrong and im not even mad about it! Overall it was a great stay!

I loved the location and we got to see bears behind the cabin 2 days we were there! The jacuzzi tub was amazing and I loved that you had all the kitchen appliances and washer and dryer.

We had ants all over the entrance floor and bar table and also in the bottom bedroom and the bathroom and the Dryer didn't dry the clothes. we had to go to a Laundromat to do our laundry, One repair guy came out to repair but didn't get the job done it still didn't dry our clothes And no one came out to take care of the ant problem they wanted to come out when we had one night left, and some ant killer im allergic to

Location and beauty of the cabin

The cabin needed lots of cleaning. We had ants all in our kitchen from the time we arrived and when I reached out to staff about it I was told a ticket was put in but nobody ever showed up to do anything. The sofa bed was stained and nasty. The faucet on the tub in the master bath was barely hanging on and the upstairs is HOT but they will not allow you to turn the air down under 72.

The fireplace did not work, nor did the grill outside. Cob-webs were in every room and corner.

I enjoyed the location of this property; it wasn’t too far from town. I really enjoyed the privacy overall. It was quiet and peaceful; made my morning coffee time extra relaxing. My daughters loved the hot tub! Also, loved the layout of the building a lot. Plenty of parking space for us, easy in and out.
