The only downfall had nothing to do with the cabin, but we had no idea that there was a droppedenuf car show in the area and it was so congested and loud that we could barely enjoy ourselves. As for the cabin and facilities, top notch. We will most definitely stay again!

Very difficult to find this property. From a previous post that mentioned coming in when it was dark how much trouble they had, we made sure to come when it was daylight. We still had a hard time, due mostly to little to no signage. Recommend at the last two turns your cabins for you sign is much larger, the last turn there is no sign. You should also have places to put your luggage once unpacked. No place to put your luggage once unpacked, and the bedroom has no place to put them. Definitely should provide more than one roll of toilet paper. We did ok, but for what we paid to stay there, I don't believe keeping a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper under the bathroom sink is going to hurt your profits. While we did enjoy coming to the smoky mountains, we probably would not use cabins for you again.

There was dog hair everywhere I had to clean up the floor was dirty curtains and widow shades were torn But all in all it was nothing we couldn't handle on my grandkids loved it

When we first got there the key code would not work then we had to call and it took over an hour and a half to get in to the property! The cabin wasn’t clean at all lots of spiderwebs, outside the screen door was taped at the bottom and it wasn’t cleaned with spiderwebs and the Artificial flowers was covered with dust and tons of spiderwebs you could tell it hadn’t never been moved or cleaned! The towels was so thin and rough for the price I feel like y’all could at least have better towels! Ceiling fan in the living room was covered with dust and spiderwebs. Y’all need a better cleaning Service!

It was spacious and had lots of room for just two people! It was very close to pigeon Forge.

While we were there a tree fell on my truck and they just seemed to be more worried about the damage to the cabin. Took over 4 hours for someone to come and clean up the tree. The tree also took out the satellite and internet which wasn’t that big of a deal to us but it would have been nice for them to offer to move us to another cabin or comp us some of our money back for the inconvenience. There was cobwebs in the shower along with a couple dead spiders. The grill on the porch was rusted out a non functional. Also like to add that not once did someone try to reach out about the tree incident or offer up their insurance information.

The quilt that was on the bed had dog hair all over it along with dirt and something that look like snot all over it and the pillowcases!! I called right after getting in the cabin at 4pm and the lady told me she would send housekeeping out the replace it. We got back to the cabin at 10:30pm and no one had came and gave us another one. I looked in the closet for a new quilt and they all had dog hairs all over it!! When I called at 10:30pm I told the lady it was unacceptable that it was not taken care of and that we had just checked in that day. She said she was sorry, but housekeeping had went home for the day! I again told her it was disgusting and unacceptable that this was not taken care of! We had just checked in that day!! No excuses for that to be like that. She said housekeeping would come out in the morning. Then looking things over since I was extremely upset, there were Cobb webs on the ceiling fans and above the lamps in the bedroom. I wiped the kitchen table down as there was dried food on it. I also wiped down the countertop and the bathroom counter and swept. With this not being clean I had to make sure I was comfortable to put my stuff on there!! I was so disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin. Not a good start to a 3 day stay!! The driveway was steep and since it had rained a lot really muddy. This could be fixed with proper drainage. Two steps going into the cabin had algae on it making them very slippery.

The bed was comfortable!
