There isn't daily garbage pickup and we had a night visitor drag our entire can who knows where so we had to call the desk services.

The location was great! It was a 5 min drive to a Walmart and the Parkway strip for all the restaurants and activities.

Mattresses need replaced in main level master and better mattress for pull out couch. Half of the batteries were dead in the remotes for the tvs. 2nd drawer right side of stove the front is just hanging on fell off when I opened it onto my foot. Some recommendations: while the Xmas decor is great remove them tree out the small sofa into that area. One small chair where the small sofa is now and a small table. A couple of shelves above the return in the kitchen. There isn’t any space to store food. The cups and plates could then be moved to the shelves so you could put cereal etc in the cabinets or on the shelves to clear off the counter space. A coat tree where the small sofa is now would help with coats as there isn’t any coat closet. The cabin itself is nice but storage is seriously lacking. That closet on the main level in the bedroom is a joke. I kind of expected better storage for the price of the cabin.

Overall nice size cabin good location. Pool table and video console were a hit with the fam. Nice big tv in the living room was great for Christmas movie at night. Open floor plan with living dining kitchen was nice.

Locked out upon arrival. Keycode didn't work. Kitchen not stocked for in house meal prep. Electric fireplace was broken. Hot tub outside was leaking and stayed half empty.

Code provided did not work. Thankfully an attendant answered the phone & after trying 3 codes we got in. Upstairs got warm. Ended up moving to downstairs bedroom. Check out time of 10:00 was earlier than other accommodations we have stayed at.

Mattresses where very hard and wasn’t enough room to fully play pool.

The beds are very uncomfortable. the towels they provided were rough and tiny. they also only provided enough towels for our family of 4 for 1 day, so I had to wash daily. the walls/ceiling are SO THIN that you will hear everything happening on the top floor at all hours of the night. the company that does the rental management was an absolute nightmare to contact too. sat on hold for a total of 2.5 hours to receive our door code for entry.

the property had a fantastic location! just close enough, yet far enough from all the local activities! it was nestled in a quiet neighborhood!

The sewer was in the front corner of the property and occasionally you could smell it, but it wasn’t that bad at all.

Our Kitchen kept having cock roaches. I reported it and I was emailed that I was being refunded a small part of what I paid

Location was easy to get to. Easy drive to the cabin. Kitchen was well equipped, King beds were comfortable. Cabin was clean. Loved the neighborhood , well kept and safe. A perfect cabin. We had a wonderful time. I Highly recommend this cabin..it is a Mountain Paradise….

No closets except for the owners, which was locked. The dryer barely dried the clothes, even for a 1/2 load. The trash can was not protected against bears because management said bears destroyed it! Ripped carpet, inferior towels (paper thin).

There was mold in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and in the kitchen! Also there was some sort of splatter looked like blood above bed upstairs on ceiling

Handrail 1on outside steps would be nice. Had trouble operating tv's in bedrooms.

It was a peaceful weekend get away. Not a long drive to the area attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

It hadn’t been cleaned, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a shovel, top of electric box and a bucket in the hot tub, nothing fresh in the bathrooms, refrigerator and stove not wiped down.

There was a drawer front off in the kitchen when we arrived . Also, there were no instructions for the fireplace and we could not get it to turn up any higher than a glow. We would have liked to have enjoyed the ambiance of a fire.
