We choose this Hotel because they offer a shuttle service to and from the events we go to in the city. Its also really cool that this building a true piece of American History. The beds are comfortable and for the most part sound proof. Someone really has to be raising a rucous to hear anything.

We love staying here for our annual Brewers game with a group of friends. We love how large the rooms are and the bar for late night hang.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the bar staff was pretty overwhelmed, but they managed to maintain a very positive attitude. The room was clean, comfortable , and quiet. It is a little further from downtown, but we stayed here because there was a concert at the rave so it couldn’t have been more convenient.

The rooms look to be in a range of refurbishment so it may be hit or miss - ours had very worn carpet and furniture - but a very comfortable bed and renovated bathroom/wallpaper. If they were to swap out the worn chair and some other minor items it would improve the appeal. The location is good if you're driving but isn't as central as other options (not much within walking distance). We did not use the shuttle, but encountered other guests who advised against it.

Friendly staff, central location, easy street parking, charming common areas and architecture. The air conditioning worked well and the room was much quieter than I would have expected for an old building. Views are decent from the high floors. Good value for money. It's a block from a concert venue, so that could be good or bad depending on the crowd.

There were a few homeless people who came in to use the bathroom and were outside the hotel late at night. When we were walking back from the Rave there were quite a few, and it was a little creepy bc they were hounding us for money.

The art deco renovations are spectacular! The room was huge, comfortable and clean. Staff was amazing. Loved the free shuttle (yeah Dave!!) to various locations and the doorman after dark.

the people who work at this hotel are exceptional. some of the nicest people you could meet! it's a beautiful place to stay. our room was excellent, spacious with very comfortable beds. we appreciated the convenience of the restaurant, coffee shop and bar all located in the hotel as we were unfamiliar with the area. also appreciated, the shuttle service to and from the Brewer's game. we had a great stay & many thanks to the staff. they made this place really special.

Carpet in the room was filthy. We kept Sox on all the time. The toilets seem to be made for children they are so low to the floor.

Lobby, bar, restaurant, lobby, the shuttle service was exceptional. The drivers, Artise, and Dave were great.
