The elevators take a long time to come and are often sent entirely up or down meaning a long wait and full. Breakfast was good food but choice was limited (one bowl of fruit for the session same food choice each day, no variety) and cutlery was plastic with cardboard plates.

The pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. We had to make the bed ourselves. The furniture looks like its from 1979-1983, the carpet and kitchenette also. The pool is being renovated, so closed. The workout machines need subscriptions to use, so unusable for the most part.

The location is fabulous, the room was big, the view was great. We had 3 people so a living area and a bedroom area and a pull out couch. The bathroom lighting and makeup mirror was great. The views were fabulous. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Accessing the Hotel Wi Fi was a major problem but the hotel staff was able to offer a get around by using a Mobile Hot Spot to get an internet connection and the TV not having a channel guide was also a minor issue.

Everything during the stay was excellent but the internet service. The location, room and view were very good and was a real comfortable.

The elevator sometimes takes a while to arrive. If you plan to leave during "rush hours," please prepare accordingly. Some of the rooms have AC problems. We had to change our room for this reason - it was hot and stuffy. This is something you should pay attention to.

This hotel is conveniently located. It helps me walk around the city very easily. There are a number of good coffee shops, diners, and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff members are nice and helpful. The breakfast is decent - it's not a diner or brunch place, but it is quite decent.

    * Elevators: Sometimes we had to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator to go up for breakfast. Three elevators for 40 floors might not be enough. * Bathroom: There was no extractor fan in the bathroom. * Apartments: The apartments had carpet. * Air Conditioning: The air conditioner was deafeningly loud all the time. Even when turned off, the noise was impressive. It wasn't just mine that was defective; it was the same in all the rooms.

Valet parking in the front of the building - not sure if it was your Valet parking personnel were a little upset because we were standing in front of there way (We were on the side walk - I guess you need to paint the area so that people know that that part of the side walk is for the valet cars??

breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it and it had a good variety of stuff to eat.

Terrible sofa for kids. Insects in the room, fey. Runing through the room and behind the furniture!! Slow elevators, only three run from 13th to 40th floor and gets incredibly busy for breakfast, you sometimes need 15 minutes to get up/down. Old photos! It was nice like 15 years ago Swimming pool under renovation, though the booking in their communication say it's open.

We liked breakfast, which was every day the same, but good. We loved location, the best part of the hotel! Kitchen is small, but functional.

I chose it partially because of the pool, but the pool was closed due to repairs, which was not related until we arrived. While the AC worked beautifully- maintained a steady temp- it was very loud. It did help drown out the sirens, but if you don’t like loud white noise, that ro wouldn’t have been for you.

Great area, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable.

A minor point probably was the bathroom room. A little old style, bath tap with a shower not really powerful and with a plastic curtain, no air ventilation too.

The Location is perfect, close to everything. Our room was very comfortable, super spacious, quiet, and with a beautiful view on the lake and the city. The little kitchen was well equipped and the fridge very good for storage!

Rooms need a major update. Everything in the room was old and tattered. Holes in the curtains. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable even the kids complained that the blankets were hard and itchy. 4 guests were booked to stay only enough towels pillows utensils for 2, so we had to call down each time we noticed there weren't enough items. We were right next to a hospital, so it was constant sirens from ambulances.

Great location. Nice staff. Close and convenient parking. Lots of walkable food and sights. It was nice to have a kitchen
