There were so many different types of insects in the room. Disinfestation is necessary. And I was disappointed that the pool was advertised as being closed, even though it was a pool.

The location was very convenient for me since I am a truck driver.

We were very upset that we were led to believe the pool was open and usable. It was not. The date written on the cover was 2023... meaning it's been closed for 2 years. The website does not reflect that. Part of our trip included utilizing the pool clearly advertised. We were a very disappointed group. For the price of the room, we were willing to accept that it is a 2.7 rated motel. We were not prepared to have to kill multiple roaches, spiders and other various bugs during our stay. Nor did we expect the incredibly rude staff member who literally unlocked our door and stepped in while we were all still in the room getting ready for the day to tell us they were there to spray for bugs. Apparently, that spray does not work considering that evening, we killed two more roaches and a spider. While the housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly, the desk staff left much to be desired...as did the breakfast of rotten orange juice, no syrup for the waffles and no milk for the cereal. Overall, we would never stay here again and certainly would not recommend it to our friends.

The location was good for the area we were visiting. The price was great. The housekeeping staff was amazing.

It had roaches. The door to the room got opened on us with no knock before 10am and then another knock shortly after asking what time we were checking out. Checkout time is by 11 am so why we were bothered prior to that is beyond me.

The property was conveniently located and appeared clean.

Seemed like they were working on things in the room...broken door handle on inside of bathroom, patches being fixed in doors, my 1 year old daughter took her shoes off and her feet were black as coal in literally 2 minutes before I caught her from the floor. It was pretty bad

Well...cockroaches for one...literally had a big one crawling along the wall and found the bug trap where...at least..they seem to be attempting to stem the issue. The pool is not just closed but drained and in disrepair. The ceiling was peeling...the room was seriously stained...the floor was so dirty your feet and socks would end up black. There was what looked like a bullet hole with bullet intact in the painting on the wall...the mirror was broken ..and the electrical was questionable considering the microwave randomly started on its own and wouldn't turn off. We eventually unplugged it. The furniture was missing knobs ...one of the least concerns. The cleaner clearly had long dark hair...we later learned the owners wife is the cleaner and yes she had long black hair. Our fellow guests appeared to have a thriving ..uh ...business. The traffic for said buisness, both foot and car, were ..interesting to say the least. It was quite an interesting stay.

Needed a disability room while i got one my fiance couldnt use the shower as it was not for disabled people the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows sucked

But I got what I paid for. The shower head was the style at the end of a hose, but apparently the pintle that you would hook it onto had broken off, and their solution was to fix the shower head to a pipe using a clothing hanger that they wrapped all around it.

LOCATION! This place is right across the street from a large truck stop. Trucks cued up in the street at all hours with their engines idling. A constant background noise that didn’t really let up until near midnight. And the included breakfast described in my reservation details? Nothing. Thumbs down to Booking.com as well. A week before the trip I needed to shorten my stay by one day. Tried twice - nothing. Got a note back basically saying that the hotel ignored your request, so YOU deal with them. Hey, if you want to make a buck being a middleman booking reservations, then MANAGE the reservations! If I have to personally deal with the hotel anyway, then why do I need you again??

The room itself was fine and a good size. Frig, coffee pot, microwave, iron, etc. Not recently remodeled, but not showing signs of already needing a redo. No issues.

I disliked everything about this hotel. It was very dirty inside. I requested a room change multiple times due to stained sheets, a dirty bathroom with rust, roaches, and unpleasant odors. There was also loud yelling from the next room, and it seemed like families were living there. The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattresses were thin. I had to buy cleaning supplies to make the room habitable because I couldn't afford anything else.

The location was not appealing; the only positive was the low price. I can see why.

I didn’t like the property at all. It was just dirty.

The property was very nasty and had roaches on the outside of the property and pertaining to us getting to the hotel. It looks like it had blood on the outside of the ground of the hotel..
