Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. The room was clean and comfortable for two - can’t imagine having 4 in the room. The property was clean, quiet. The views were beautiful. Loved having the shuttle system.

United StatesThere were several things in our condo that were wrong. When we arrived, the door was unlocked. The bathroom would lock and not unlock. And it would also get jammed so you couldn’t shut the door. The toilet would not flush almost the whole time we were there. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all.

United StatesOur individual condo was disappointing. Furniture was worn and tired. Bed was comfortable., No coffee cups provided- and no action taken when I inquired about getting some. Television was wonky at best- it jumped in and out of channels- not user friendly.
The grounds were beautifully maintained. We loved the pool and location in Destin/Miramar area.

United StatesThe only one thing that wasn't really bad but this the only thing I could say the balcony door was hard to open and close. And on Monday I think they close the pool for couple hrs to do mantince.
Loved the views was amazing there was a view in each room looking out at the ocean. The elevators was great cool they were fast and didn't smell. The pool was amazing the parking was great not crowded easy to get into it. The balconies was great too.

IndiaThe stay was pretty good!! the check in was all through the phone, you don't have to see the receptionist- they give you a gate code and room code to check in. The building is located in a resort and have private access to the place and beach along with golf cart trips. Our room had a beautiful beach view from the balcony, the room had everything available from kitchen items to bathroom items. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

United StatesBeds didn’t have warm covers. Very thin blankets. Had to purchase a comforter to have warm bedding for our stay. Been nice to have a small cook top. OUR BUILDING DIDNT HAVE AN ICE MACHINE. HAD TO GO TO BUILDING 2 FOR ICE EACH DAY FOR OUR COOLER. Would have liked pool to be open late for quiet swim time. Would have enjoyed using the hot tub after long day but closed at 10p.

United StatesThis should’ve been stress free but when we arrived this was a nightmare from the beginning for what we paid and thought was going to be a great vacation wasn’t this rental that we checked into was horrible compared to the kitchen living and bedroom was a small hotel room and not what we are used to with big rooms to move around in with a balcony for ocean smells and hearing waves to relax or cooking meals in the kitchen or room for luggage in the bedrooms with no clutter anywhere this was a small space with a bed and then to tell us we got what we paid for and no we couldn’t upgrade or we could forfeit what we paid if we weren’t happy that was classic on your part and you didn’t even act like it mattered to you at all I have never been so disappointed with any company like this before you may have thought this behavior was acceptable on your part and where is the how can we help what can we do to make this situation better but no you had our money and that was all that mattered to you as a company well I know I’ll never use you again and I’m sure a lot of other customers feel the same way so congratulations you made a firm believer in us that you only cared about the money and not your customer
