Maintenance were slow to repair our bathroom door when it came off the runner, but I think it may have been a communication error

The room was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was a welcome relief when the weather got hot.

The fridge in the room was big, but quite loud, the bathroom was small and a bit aged....

Kind and professional staff, easy and fast checking in. Close to the main street with nice restaurants and shopping opportunities and in walking distance to the Art Museum. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The whole layout of the hotel has a very nice 70ths- Charme and was well maintained.

The room and bed were both very comfortable. Palm Springs is a great small city with lots to see. Two nearby spots to check out are Ernest Coffee and Sammy G's Tuscan Italian Restaurant.

I was in Room 222 and was traveling with others who were directly below me. Our rooms were identical. The bathroom was a difficult. The shower was outstanding, but the sink was subpar. it was just a sink with no vanity and no rim around the sink to place toiletries. I used the table in the main room, but this was less than efficient. Nowhere to place or use a blowdryer or cosmetics or toothbruch and toothpaste, etc...On the other side of the property the two rooms I had access to from others traveling with us, included full vanities in the bathroom.

The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The staff were also outstanding, friendly, helpful and responsive!

The chairs in bedroom and kitchenette need to be updated as the seats have vinyl covering that is cracking. But the least liked provision was the bathroom's lack of counterspace at the sink. There is literally no place to put our toiletries, and for this reason we might not return.

Location was easy to get to as it was one mile away from downtown. Ample parking; room was spacious and courtyard was nice to sit around; bed was comfortable and room clean. we had a kichenette that was great.

Our room was pretty shabby. The sliding bathroom door would close only if you wrestled with it (and even then, would not close all the way), the bath faucet was not adhered to the wall (it worked, but it needed to be caulked back into place), the shade on the door was literally falling apart (shredded in places), and everything could have used several new coats of paint. That said, it was clean and fairly comfortable.

Loved the staff (so friendly!) and the courtyard was delightful. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly serviceable. Great location.

Clearly some pending maintenance issues. Keycard wouldn’t work in our first room (221) and after maintenance tried for 30 minutes to fix, reception upgraded us to a much nicer room (240) which had been renovated in last 2 years apparently. Soundproofing wasn’t ideal and we could hear guests in room below coughing repeatedly. About a 20 minute walk to center of Downtown which might be a little far for some people.

Sitting on the balcony in our upgraded room was pleasant. Staff were helpful.

We had to ask for room-cleaning. I wish we had known this at check-in. The hotel, however, did accommodate us in a timely fashion.

Close to road, footpath narrow.

The location was uptown PS, one street away from Main Street. Front reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea plus drinks vending machine.
