The apartment is spacious. The beds were comfortable.

When we were there it was very warm and there were no screens on the windows, which meant we couldn't open them to get some cooler air in at night. There were a few fans, which was nice, but screens would have been great.

House was very neat and clean. We only stayed here one night, but it would have been nice for consecutive nights.

Apartment was dirty (floor, windows, fan, sofa in the living room). I was not sure if bedsheets were cleaned after the previous guests.

Huge 3 bedroom apartment (unit 4). Beds are OK, furnitures are a bit old, but OK. Door code received in advance in Booking.com message. Wifi worked well. Kitchen is good equipped for 2-4 persons. IHOP is in walking distance for breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that the landlord complain about my dog apparently he barked and there was a complaint. Instead of giving you a warning he just provided you from being able to book there again.

Floors weren’t swept well. Had to ask host for WiFi information as it wasn’t where the host thought. Wi-Fi signal was not consistent and would go off at night. I had some work to do and not having a strong reliable internet connection was rough. Speaking of rough, the towels were thin and scratchy, better served as shop rags than bath towels. It’s as if all the comfort of the towels was drained into the plush beds.

Convenient. We were within walking distance or short Uber rides (10 mins and under) to everywhere we went. Cozy beds, though a bit on the tall side. Appears as if the host is slowly working to make improvements. Beds are newer than photos, added towel rail in bathroom, etc.

The bathroom and entire floor were very dirty when we checked in. Given the care for the furnishings, my guess is that was an oversight. The kitchen has minimal dishware: There were 2 mugs, and we couldn't reach one, so we had to share a coffee mug. That was interesting. There was no ice or ice tray, so I bought one and left it. The neighborhood is pretty run down, but it was quiet and seemed safe while we were there.

It's clear that the owner is working on many upgrades to the property. The living room and bedrooms were very comfy. I slept great! There was ample space and lots of towels. Because it's Alaska, there is no air conditioning, and since it was a warm weekend, having multiple large fans was a plus. The location is convenient to many stores and restaurants if you have a car. This was a far cheaper option than getting a hotel suite in the summer.

Nothing, it wasn’t very clean. Communication from owner wasn’t great. The experience we had was scary and would definitely not stay or recommend to anyone.

However, when we arrived, the sliding glass door was wide open, which was a little creepy to walk into and didn’t give the best first impression. Hopefully, we don’t end up with a bunch of mosquito bites from that. The floors were also disgustingly dirty and definitely need a deep clean. The neighborhood felt pretty rundown, and the space could really use some extra care to make it feel more inviting. An extra blanket or two would’ve been handy as well.

The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the plenty of clean towels provided.

It was quiet but the blankets were dirty not washed, there’s not a homie entrance.. not clean in the bathroom. No utilities… smelled like smoke and the towels stunk.

No working smoke detectors, very poor cleaning, copious trash under all furniture, found dirty laundry from prior guests in the bathroom, mold all over the bathroom ceiling, broken knife in the kitchen, no dish soap, missing outlet cover in one of the bedrooms, broken couch, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were nearly empty in bathroom, no washcloths provided, no extra blankets provided, beds are all nearly 4ft high! (My 8yr old couldn't even get into bed without using a dining room chair as a stepstool). Exterior/parking area was littered with trash and area felt pretty rough.

Beds were reasonably comfortable. Flooring and TV were pretty new. Location was close to several places we needed to go. Wifi signal was strong (though relatively slow).

The kitchen was disappointing, there was a lot of items that were missing. The apartment itself wasn't very clean. And the restroom/shower weren't acceptable (the ceiling was dirty and full of stains)
