There’s nothing we didn’t like - maybe the only thing to note is we were two couples and the apartment is two bedroom one bathroom! We’ve been friends for many years so didn’t bother us🙂

Perfect location for walking around the town. Tasteful decor, great paint colors! Great value for money - best price of all the hotels on our road trip!

the keys needed to be picked up at Atticus Hotel, which was not indicated when i booked. Getting to the front door of the 3rd street flats and then calling the number listed on the door could have been avoided by providing that info before checkin. Then we discovered there was another location for 3rd street flats that we needed to walk to. All of this could have been avoided if indicated prior to check in.

The accommodations were excellent. High ceiliings and beautifully appointed ... Super comfortable bedding and sheets. A welcoming feeling throughout the abode and terrific llittle kitchen. Just steps from excellent restaurants which McMinnville has in abundance.

Our unit, was a little frumpy. And the 2 flights of steps unexpected, even though it was probably listed in the details.

The Atticus Hotel was very nice and it was nice to be connected to it. Great location.

24 stairs to get to the flat. TV”s weren’t smart tvs so no streaming. Windows were high so you couldn’t easily look out.

Creaky floors on 3rd floor above us. I guess that is to be expected in old buildings with wooden floors. One bedroom with no windows. Street parking-although it turned out fine. Room a/c units with hoses falling off window attachments.

Great location in central downtown Mcminnville. Liked the room, kitchen well equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, bottle of wine and some local chocolates. Bed was super comfy. Pet friendly

The bathroom was very small, especially compared to the large size of the flat. I could tell this before booking, so not a big deal, but we did have to use the kitchen area to be able to spread out a bit while both of us were getting ready. For a 4 night stay, could have offered more coffee.

The host was great, very responsive and offered wonderful suggestions on where to go and what to see in the area. The flat was very large, spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The location is central and easy to walk to anything in town. Free, ample parking right across the street.

Beautifully design hotel lobby and apartment with all amenities including washer drier and even detergent. Complementary lovely bottle of wine in the apt and free expresso/cappuccino at the reception desk. Exceptionally helpful staff. Really a lovely stay!

For me the stairs was not a bit of an issue as I have some hip and knee issues. a minor issue would be the exceptionally low sink in the bathroom.

The bedroom was a little warm - the a/c was in the other room and did not cool down the bedroom very well.

We did not know ahead of time that we had to carry our bags up many stairs, but we only had carry on bags, so that was no problem.

We loved the charming decor of our one bedroom flat on the second floor of the building. It was easy to pick up the keys at the hotel nearby. We found the apartment very relaxing with room to spread out a bit and with a kitchen to use. Coffee and tea were provided and we could walk all over McMinnville to shop and eat.

It all depends on how much you paid, worst is both mornings adjacent suites left early while we tried to sleep and noise was insane. You likely wont see your neighbors but will hear them, run the fans on loud. While its roomy, the baths are so small with no shelves that you will end up balancing things on the toilet. When you spend $450 a night, not great. Been wanting to stay for awhile now and got that out of my system lol. Back to the old standbyes.

If you are paying in the $200 range its fine, if you pay $450 on a weekend as I did you will likely come away disappointed. Bed was comfy, while confusing checking in at the Atticus Hotel (where they were great) then dragging all of our bags back to the car for a short drive to repark was irritating - better instructions needed (You can only park for two hours everywhere so get ready to move your car a lot during the 9-6pm timeframe. Coffee good, choc caramels great! Great for walking outside and grabbing anything you want.
