The Facility's location. Many stores, restaurants are at walking distance. The place was clean. I felt safe for a woman traveling alone. Jeff, was the perfect host, available, helpful and kind.

It was very basic and the front door was tawdry looking. The room was small with a single bed. The living area was a bit tired as was the bathroom. I had not realized I was sharing a bathroom but it was not an issue for one night.

Hi the best thing about this place was the location - a block from the subway. My room was basic but comfortable and clean. There was a hair dryer and toaster and other bits of equipment made available.

Rate advertised online is not what the property charged. The room was advertised at US$112, but I ended up paying US$ 175 with US$ 50.00 going into cleaning the room. US$50 per day is heavy for a cleaning charges. The other thing I didn't like is that there was no one to give me the keys for late check ins. I waited for about an hour for the key.

Place is clean . Janitor excellent. Wi-Fi excellent.

The carpets were dirty and the stove didn't work so there was induction instead, but it was forever to heat up. The building smells so bad and dirty and constructions outside was very loud. There is no good big supermarket nearby and the area is not so great.

They were keep cleaning everyday, so the house was clean. It's very close to the laundry place and metro station. It's a reasonable price in NY.

Not possible to book without pay. It Is so bad.

Good value for money. You know, newyork Is really expensive. So, if uou are looking a fancy place at this price u r Not in the right Place. But of u ara a smart Traveler Who Just Need a room, quite clean with bathroom and kitchen and WiFi It Is perfect. Brooklyn Is nice, so real, prospect park nice. If u are reach go to an other Place, otherwise It Is ok.

The mattress was really clean -> never unwrapped. There was a thick plastic wrap on the mattress from the shop. The bed linen slipping all nite. The tap in the bathroom needs fixing, the hairdryer- I would not dare to use. Contacting the prop manager was fine for a while, but failed when needed the most _ upon arrival. On the good side, I wasn't there to spend time in the room, and the location & price made up for the uncomfotrs. However, I'd look for a different prop.

The location was great. Close to train stations, it felt safe and friendly in the area. There was a tenant we met accidentally who contacted the landlord for us and helped us get in. Greatly appreciated.

I had SERIOUS PROBLEMS gaining access to the property!! And there was NOBODY to talk to, as the agents DON'T accept mails!?!!! I had stated, quite plainly, that my flight got in at 7pm, but this information got no help from the owners, and I was left to stew on the doorstop for HOURS !!!!! ;(

Apt could use a coffee pot new suitable pots and pans and cooking appliances to prepare meals.

EVERYTHING!!!! dirty, dirty , dirty !! Dark space ! We were welcomed by a homeless that couldn’t even walked the stairs…

If I could give a 0 score I would give a -10 , whatever you do, do not book with them. We came in and we left immediately when we realized they lied about everything that was advertised. I lost all respect for booking.com that support and permit this property to be part of their listing.

Never stayed due to safety issue upon arrival. Left the apartment in less than 10minutes and told the host. But he has yet to refund me. Rude communications by host.

The place was unsafe. Bums were drinking and smoking in front of the building. The door was unlocked, and people were entering into the building to pee, and God knew what. The place is deplorable.

I did not use the property because the place looks like a crack house. The building is dirty, and crack-heads were all around the building. There were people drinking and smoking on the step of the building, and the main door was broken. I wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy. If you want to keep your good ratings, I recommend that you remove this property of your inventory.

No Ac in the room , if you feel hot , nothing u can do but i told them and they said let us know we will provide you something ( i didn’t tell them , I don’t know what they will provide) shower in bathroom is big struggle , only single handle tap and you have to think on what point you will got hot water it is either too hot OR tooo cold , I struggled everyday for maintaied water no toilteries u have to buy you soap and shampoo the property is someone’s else but Mr jeff is there for everything

it is an apartment with 3 separate rooms very hige kitchen, i didn’t use it but there is a fridge and oven also subway station is just infront of building and you can go anywhere from sterling street station Manhattan downtown is just 40 min away from direct train sterling station to Times Square there is a halal food restaurant infrot of subway and i eat everyday from them halal shawarmas are available cycle stand also infront of the building and you can book cycle and ride to prospect park in just 10 minutes all shops and groceries nearby you can get separate room and shared bathroom and bathroom is always available not crowded you can chill by yourself , all the keys with you , come any time rooms are same as shown in pictures very good for singles and solo travelers
