We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesCould not get the tv,s to work and front desk sent some one up to help but the tv in the living room never did work and it made it difficult for my mom who is suffering from dementia The front door frame was busted and really hard to get the carts in and out and the safety locks were missing in both doors But we really enjoyed the unit and we are very thankful for the owners taking care of us
The location is great and I was very thankful for the early check in and Cindy was great

United StatesA very small supply of basic furnishings. Mainly toilet paper and towels. You will not receive these provisions like normal housekeeping and room service from the resort nor the property owner. Please bring plenty to last of your own especially if you are a party of several and staying for more than one or two nights. Or you will be going to buy toilet tissue and having to wash towels up.
There was no breakfast available to my knowledge. There may have been a restaurant in the resort serving breakfast but never could find it. I went out bought my own breakfast each morning and the location was perfect for that.

United StatesProperty was falsely advertised as having 3 bathrooms, it has 2. I would not have booked this unit if I knew it had 2 bathrooms. I could not access the unit on time because the cleaning company was still there. The cleaning crew finished almost 2 hours after my check in time. I was able to access the unit 1 hour after my check in to put my groceries in the fridge/freezer while they finished. The 2 beds in the room nearest the bathroom were wobbly and squeaked loudly with every slight movement. The room comes with parking, but the parking garage was routinely full and you only discover this after wasting lots of time circling all the floors to find out it’s completely full. Thankfully, the resort staff informed me that the public parking across the street could be used. I believe I should be offered some type of discount because I thought I was paying for a 3BR, 3BA versus a 3BR, 2BA.

United StatesTV box was broken in one of the bedrooms and adults were staying in there. I called the number for repairs and she tried to help but the north tower is privately owned and the desk tells me to call the owner and the owner number tells me that the hotel has people to do repairs. Finally it got checked but still didn't work. We finally switched boxes from an unused tv and they got their reception. room number was 1023 in north tower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful as much as they could. That room could use towel racks in bathrooms and new showerheads. Otherwise condo was great and we had a very nice stay there.
