Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesJust one small thing - the pillows were too big. But other than that - I would highly recommend this property. I will definitely come back here next year
Centrally located, aesthetically designed, well stocked, clean, convenient. Everything was well thought through.

United StatesOverall great. Bedding smelled musty and we contacted property managers who had sheets changed out promptly next day. New towels needed and one sitting chair has also seen better days. Also needs more lighting in bedroom.
Excellent location in Ann Arbor- close to all the restaurants and shops. Campus about 15-20 min walk. Nice space for parents and one teenager. Easy parking on site. Clean unit.

United StatesPlease add: 1. More mirrors. There’s only one in bathroom. Really hard for 3-4 women/men to get ready at same time 2. Really really needs better lighting. Very little and very dim lighting. Also, Maybe daylight bright light bulbs. Maybe light over sink and one in laundry closet too. Note: we did get kicked out of the upstairs room. We were told somebody reserved it. There were no notices posted so we didn’t know. Went back in an hour and nobody was there (yet).
Beds and pillows very comfortable. Had everything we needed in unit. Rooftop area and gym are wonderful.

United StatesI have no complaints or recommendations for the property.
I loved how safe and secure the property was. We utilized the parking structure which had plenty of spots and was only accessible with the parking pass provided. We were also provided elevator fobs that would allow you to access the floor by scanning it inside the elevator keypad. The apartment key was digital keypad or use of your phone.

United StatesIt's a new listing, I had to register through an online service called Mitten and sign a few contracts. When I got there, we had to park outside, run in and get the key fob for the elevator and parking pass through a lockbox, then get to the unit. At the unit I had to use the online service, entering a keypad code and doing dual authentication with my phone. It was a lot of work to figure it all out, and more complicated than any other place I have stayed at (and I travel a lot!) Checkout was also complicated, requiring a text message, confirmation through the app, and return of the keys etc. There is a penalty for late checkout at $25/hour so I was pretty stressed out to do everything before 10AM. I was also worried that if my phone died, I would not be able to do dual authentication and would be stuck outside. The process to enter the unit is unnecessarily complicated and would make me hesitant to stay here again even though I really liked the apartment itself.
Clean nice space, good value, loved the location.

JapanPerhaps a bit expensive, although I think I got a well worth service in return. But if you are fine with less services then you might contemplate alternative options.
Very spacious apartment room with all the kitchen utilities and washing machine provided. Conveniently located at the city center of Ann Arbor. Staffs of the owning company responded very swiftly whenever I made inquiries through the messenger.

United StatesJust a few comments on the apartment itself. Although it states it’s a spacious apartment, that’s not really a word I would use. We were here for a graduation and did not even have our child over due to the lack of seating and actual room to relax. If you are literally just sleeping here, it’s fine, but there were also some odd smells ( the building reduced our cost due to this inconvenience and I was grateful), the bath towels were worn and small sized, no Kleenex anywhere and the toilet paper and paper towels were thin and of low quality. The lighting is also poor in the bedrooms and the ceiling lights in the kitchen glare right into one of the bedrooms that has an acrylic door and the light pours into a bedroom while asleep if someone gets up earlier and needs some light in the kitchen. Also not the fault of the apartment, but goodness its loud at night. Due to the odd smells, I opened the bedroom window and a multitude of sounds was heard all night. Besides the police and hot rod cars, all trains literally blare their horns for the entire track through Ann Arbor. It was deafening and at around midnight. And happened twice within a hour.
There were a few positives. The location was terrific, as it was close to campus and good dining and shopping. The instructions to get in the building and into the room were really easy and worked well. Parking was so easy and it just worked out very well. Also very nice gym.

United StatesThe hallways in the apartment building are very very dark. The apartment itself does not have great lighting but that’s mostly due to the design of the apartment and building itself (I.e industrial). The kitchen lights didn’t work for our stay, even though someone came by to fix them, so we were literally in the dark! The shower head also needs fixed (it appears to be broken and just hanging although it wasn’t an issue for us.
Location was excellent in downtown Ann Arbor, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was also immaculately clean and smelled fresh when we arrived.
