Our stay was good, the only bad thing was that we could here a person walking around the apartment on the first floor all night. This person literally did not sleep at all and we heard everything. This was not good, but the place is nice, it was clean and the location was ideal.

Just needs some maintenance, and update the kitchen utensils.cooking ware old . Wither. The dogs next door are a constant source of noise and aggression. The Window AC units are noise challenges.

Property has a lot of character love the location. Apartment needs to be updated bed and sofa .. are to comfortable. Just a little updating.

Took a while to get into apartment because the code was incorrect on my email. I could not get the television to work in living room. No remote so I had to download a remote app on my phone, still wouldn't work. I did have another issue that I addressed with management.

I used to live in this neighborhood. My dogs and I just had to get away while my roommate had people over. Love the heater/fireplace in living room.

The property was great

It was a really cool property. Very historic in a charming neighborhood. It was quiet and right in the heart of Dallas. I felt extra safe there and I just absolutely loved the place.

There were no issues for our family.

This neighborhood was the quietest and most beautiful area! There is a grocery store a 1/2 mile away and all the attractions are within a 30 minute drive. The apartment was clean and everything works. The response time of the host was beyond compare when we messaged a couple times with questions. they were immediate in the answer and so polite and helpful. the hot water was HOT and plentiful. we were beyond pleased with our 3 night stay in this delightful accommodation.

The floor was dirty and I didn't receive my code to the room and had to call to get in once I got there. The entire experience could have been much smoother. The lady was rude to another tenant in Apt 8 that was trying to help me out. I didn't like that.

Checkin was a mess - didn't receive instructions until I called and messaged 5 times, despite giving advanced warning that I would checkin at the standard time. Towels were threadbare and full of holes. No sponge provided to wash dishes. Was not advertised that the apartment is in a busy condo, didn't feel very safe. Did not appreciate the passive aggressive signs on everything and the reams of punitive house rules.

their had been some maintenance done on apartment the day of our arrival. some sort of epoxy or paint had been used so breathing/sleeping conditions were horrible. We had to sleep with windows open which led to very little sleep.

The queen bed and sofa bed are too small for 4 people to stay comfortably. Both the beds are next to noise making window ACs which was really big let down and unsafe. There is no dishwasher or washing machine and drier within the flat. Bath room and Bath tub are too small and hands hit the wall while taking shower. Window ACs must be replaced with split units ASAP
