I travel for work frequently, the location is fantastic! But this room had mold in the bathroom, a huge hole in the shower wall that was just patched over, and it would be great to have some type of cabinet to put clothes in as there are only like 4 hangers and a 2 inch bar to hang everything you bring on.

Breakfast options were sad. I chose not to eat at the hotel because there was so little variety available.

Random people in and out of lobby. Was checking in thought it was a guest but when asked to use the restroom he said he wasn’t staying there and worker really didn’t ask him to leave. And then he bothered other guest by asking for things. They shouldn’t have that.

Floors in the room were super sticky. Wife and I cleaned it with Clorox wipes for we could walk on it. Room smelled like a smoking room when it wasn't supposed to be one. Shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. Found 2 cockroaches walking around in the morning

The carpet was dirty in the Hallway. The lobby area didn't appear to have air. The pillows were hard. The safety lock was broken.
Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed a first level room because husband is disabled.

They did not have my reservation like I was told when I confirmed that I was coming but I was charged and was not able to check in until after an hour of arrival. I had been on the road for over 8 hours and was exhausted. Also there was no hot water when I tried to take a shower at 8:30 am and black mold on the ceiling of bathroom. I am allergic to black mold. I did not eat breakfast because I couldn't take a shower and was too embarrassed about my appearance in public..
The night clerk went above and beyond to locate my reservation through booking.com (see below)

The floors were dirty. Couldn’t walk with out socks or shoes on because your feet would get dirty. The room was smaller than i expected.

Due a concert being in town, this was the most affordable hotel, the wood floors were so dirty my socks were black after walking around from the bed to the bathroom. My television didn’t work at all and I sleep with the tv on. Let’s not forget about the people beside me “trying to make a baby and screaming and moaning all night!” But I had no damn tv to cover the noise! After the very nice front desk clerk tried to get the tv on with 5 different remotes we gave up and I asked for a discount. Wow after all that, I got only $10 back!

The clerk was rude. Bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was horrible. All juices were out. Liquid creamer was empty. Air conditioner worked but leaked water all over. Worst motel I have stayed at!
