the couch was on the same side as the TV, so hard to watch anything unless you laid in the bed.

The restaurant had great food at good prices, room was comfortable, and as a nice addition, there was racing that we watch from the balcony.

No free breakfast. The floor in room 229 was filthy. Each day after stepping in the shower black water was immediately flowing to the drain.

My first night there there was kind of alarm issue. Started at about 3 am and teased till 4ish. I also didn’t have hot water. However the Staff were fabulous. FABULOUS. They fixed the situation quickly. Never heard from the alarm through the rest of my stay. Special thanks to Larry in food and beverage. Over all really happy and will be back.

I took a king room w a balcony and loved the sunrises and being able to watch the cars on the track. Races were not happening but singles were out there. Room was large and comfortable. Ac was quiet. Pool was also viewable from balcony and was ideal for a cool off. Never used the bar but it was inviting with large windows over looking the track. Place is upscale, clean and rather modern.

I liked everything about my stay here it was very peaceful.. and the swimming pool out back by the track . Very nice bar and dinning , breakfast was topshelf. I'm going to stay one more night.

What's not to like is very affordable, The room was awesome and clean and very comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as you walked through the door. Real nice walk in shower with over head sprayer.

Only thing is that something needs to be done about the flies in the restaurant area. I know it is difficult with the doors to the outside but something, please.

My room faced the track and that was novel. Overall, just a nice property with a very helpful staff at all levels!

Shower head needs to be replaced, the rainfall style hardly has any water pressure. The breakfast could be better. The elevator should be serviced &/or repaired, it wasn’t a very smooth ride. The staff wants to be able to give treats to the dogs & I don’t see why they can’t — I’m a dog mom (didn’t have kids) & would have loved to see them give him treats…please allow milk bones for the staff to give out. There’s no harm in that. Or at least lift the policy & allow the staff to bring in their own treats.

Love the location & the track being so close, that was neat. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Pool was clean & so was the property. Having pillow options was great, soft/medium/firm to pick from already on the bed.

The property is in front of the racetrack and you can see the race from the balcony! Very well located if you are a racing fan. And a big shoutout to the staff, they are amazing!!! Thanks to Melinda, Anderson and Larry!!!

The stairwell and elevators could've been cleaner... and they needed anti-bacterial gel / towels in the fitness center.

Even though breakfast was included with our UPGRADED room (they put us in a beautiful suite), we ventured to Sophie's Cafe in downtown Sebring for breakfast on Saturday morning.

Hotel has the SLOWEST elevator ever built. A/C was loud and didn’t cool enough. Room 202

Everything is fine, but it's pretty old. It's well-maintained. It's not far from the city, but it's just next to the airport and race track. It's not bad for the money in that area.
