Good location although left turn onto busy Transit road was a constant challenge. Hotel is understaffed.. The first room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned, so they moved us to another room. It is do- it-yourself service. Want your trash emptied? They'll show you where to do it. Want clean towels? Take the used ones to the laundry to get fresh ones.

There were spots of dried blood in the shower that had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower drain before we used the shower. There was dust all over the lamps. No mirror in the bathroom.

Located at edge of freeway down a side road with no sidewalk. Its quiet and reasonably priced, we found a dirty cloth in the bathroom but otherwise was clean. Staff were kind, stay was OK overall

The room did not seem as clean as I would expect, or as clean as many other places I have stayed. It was like a beat up version of the pictures you got of the property. This wasn't entirely unexpected, but was worse than expected. They did have outlets for charging which was nice, but the plugs wouldn't stay in. Based on what I gathered while I was in this area, this isn't in the best part of town.

The check-in process went well. I was able to check in quite easily, and the staff at the desk I thought did a good job. I was able to get into my room within about 5 minutes of my arrival. The location in relation to where I was visiting was good.

Management deceived me. I made a mistake with dates, paid for the correct dates, but they refused to refund the mistake dates even though management indicated that it would. Beware of deceit.

Old, worn down exterior. Old interior (but very clean). This is a basic budget motel with work in progrsss as they are renovating the lower floor. No construction noise but garbage lying around outside and a wooded lot nearby made it feel a little less safe given it is quite run down. It did the job but might pay a little more for a brighter, fresher stay.

The price was good as was the location. It was clean. The staff were pleasant.

Fridge was leaking water, lacked towels only had the batter minimum and no washcloths, no tissue either and missing cups. Smelled strongly of cleaning solution so it was sanitized but at the same time the cleaner missed the leaking fridge and the cobwebs and dust at the bedside

The room could of be cleaner and using my Ultraviolet light that I brought with me I found the walls were dirty. It looks like water stains coming down wall from some rain damage. Also on the wood floors using the light it looked like a lot of water damage on the floor as well . Again using the ultraviolet light that I brought with me I found near the bathroom sink on the walls there was a number written on the wall (1974). To the naked eye it just looks like a white painted wall but if does show that someone tried very hard to cover it up with a coat of paint so no one could see any damage or writing on the walls and floors. I was in room 144. Also the ice machine by my room was out of order and I had to use the one by the lobby office each night i was there. It was a little inconvenience because I had to use my car to get ice. Plus my room didn't come with a small refrigerator and microwave which it did last year 2023. I had the same type of room in 2023.

The location and how quiet it was. The management was nice and helpful. Room was a good size. This was my second time staying here. I stayed there last year as well in July 2023 and everything was great.
