Building seems to attract a young posers with some attitude. A lot of beyonces walking around. This filtered out after the weekend.

We loved everything about this property it was perfect for our 3 day visit to the south beach area.

All went smoothly and we were really impressed by the property and amenities. The location was superb within a comfortable commute to south beach.

It didn't seem like our unit was cleaned prior to our arrival, other than the bed being made. There is a vacuum in the room, though. A mop and some cleaning supplies would be an appreciated addition.

This location is one block away from the trolley, grocery store & restaurants, but still maintains a quiet, neighborhood vibe. We felt safe here. It is very walkable. Unit 410 comes equipped with everything you could need to be comfortable. The view is exceptional.

The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear particularly in the kitchen area but it’s to be expected of a slightly older apartment. This is totally outweighed by the amazing view and overall experience.

Didn’t like how the pool area became a beach club as it didn’t feel very relaxing and everyone seemed to be posy.

Located right next to Wholefoods and Flamingo Park, which is why I go there. Very Spacious and a gorgeous view of Star Island. Only 10 minutes to walk to South Beach and it's a lovely walk. Always stay here!

Everything. It was very clean, extremely spacious and located in a great spot. It’s so close to shops, and it’s around 10-12 minutes by foot to the beach, but it feels like 5. The views were amazing and the condo has everything (pool, valet, concierge etc).. Joe and Luis were super helpful and always reachable when we had questions. We can really recommend staying here if you’re ever in Miami Beach.

The apartment was rather old as furniture and bathroom facilities, I was expecting something more updated in that kind of building and price range. Lots of noisy/drunk party people around pool and reception, but unexpectedly quiet atmosphere on our floor hallways and in the rooms around.

The apartment is situated in a luxury building with a pool, gym, nice reception and valet parking. Nice view from the 14th floor (ocean side) and from the pool at sunset (downtown skyline). The hosts were very helpful, Luis waited us and helped with the reception registration and showing around the place. There are some alternate parking options nearby, but not much cheaper especially in weekends.

Joe and his team were great to deal with. The apartment was clean, comfortable and close to everything. We could watch the sunrise and sunset from one place. We have already booked to come back. Highly recommend.
