We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCould have been cleaner, there were bugs crawling on kitchen counter, dirty air vents- covered in dust! Mildew in shower, one tub drain was stopped up-took all night to drain. Had to turn off breaker to stove- it kept everyone up first night because oven was kicking on by itself causing the timer to beep- we didnt do any cooking but was afraid it would catch fire or something. Thick cin webs covered outside lights and some cob webs inside. For the cost a motel would have been much cleaner. Beds had super hard matress, and sheets were slippery against matress covers.
Spacious, several bathrooms, nice location and quiet. Didn't really notice the neighbors much.

United StatesThe door code had been changed and I had to contact the owner who was very helpful. The cabin had not been cleaned and we spent the first night without linens. Adrian was very attentive and someone arrived early to take care of things. I am understanding that miscommunications happen but extra fees are paid for cleaning and processing so it’s a little inconvenient when things are not as expected.
The location was perfect for our needs.

United StatesThe cabin was dirty upon arrival, there was trash all around the back of the cabin, upon walking into the cabin there was trash in the living room floor down in the chairs and under the chairs.. there was spider webs all throughout the cabin… the pictures pictured here on booking makes the cabin looks a lot much better than it actually does in person . I feel as if it’s also false advertisement because it’s not as many rooms as it says it is. the hot tub hardly was working… the bedding wasn’t clean there was stains on the comforter. Upon arriving to the cabin the grass was also high which means there’s no way the grass was cut. I was HIGHLY disappointed. And I will NOT BE booking again at this place or by the owners. I should have took photos of everything but it didn’t cross my mind I was just so disappointed because we drove OVER 5 HOURS just to get to the booking.
