“The pool was disappointing. It was indoor, but the area was very disgusting. There was tons of loose hair around the pool, pizza crust, and towels everywhere in the pool area. The pool was also too cold to enjoy, which was shocking it being indoors. Upon arrival, we also had to request a remote, and the t.v was also completely disconnected. Upon request, the staff brought one up right away.”
