“We were just turned away from the property at ten in the night and the owner claims we cancelled the booking. We have not cancelled and She’s unable to show us the cancellation message . Refused to take responsibility claiming it’s a computer glitch and the system is new. We have been left to look for other accommodation. Please check before booking”
