  “Brandon was really great and helpful at check in and with all my questions etc. Such a good experience after a tiring journey and before a long flight home. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and all the amenities were in there. Shower was hot, but I do prefer a detachable shower head to the fixed one they had. Shuttle operator was also courteous. Wish they still did pick ups at the car rental area - but they don't anymore so had to ride rental shuttle to airport, then catch the Aloft shuttle to the hotel. Mark was good at checkout. All in all, a good experience and I will be back next time in the area.”
