  “Gorgeous hotel, not sure why there are negative reviews. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is cute. Room was spacious and some drinks and other items can be bought on site. The little shop beside it is also great for gifts. Lovely location, a short walk to restaurants and shops and the nearby River Walk is beautiful”
