“Everything was superb. The facilities, cleanliness and quality were exceptional. The staff were all fabulous, and that includes the housekeepers, the breakfast lady and the front desk. The chap on front desk who checked us in and looked after us was tremendous. He was friendly, remembered our names and gave us really good tips on places to go. Don't know his name but he had a pony tail and guitar.”
