“The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, without costing an arm and leg, and within walking distance of an excellent ramen restaurant. It had a guest laundry that was efficient and cheap. And best of all was the help of Lynne (unsure of the spelling she uses) in the office who was so friendly and helpful when the next night in a different city we realized we'd left a bag in the parking lot. She had the bag and arranged to have it sent back by UPS and made it so easy. She also helpfully waited a few days to mail it when I mentioned we would not be home for a few days. Some of the things in the bag I could have replaced at some cost but others were irreplaceable (my sketchbook drawings especially). If I'm ever in Bismarck again I will stay at this hotel again.”
