Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

KenyaThe only reason they don't get 10/10 is because they had a little bit of noise at night as they moved furniture around to set up for day functions... but Naomi and team managed my unease very well.
I loved the team.. Naomi the manager and Noeline were especially warm and receptive. The rooms are good spac3 and the food amazing.

UgandaThe lawns are not well maintained as some of the grass is drying and they are littered with fallen flowrrs and leaves. The rooms are lacking in good decor.
The meals at the Marina are great and so is thr view. The spa services are amazing.

United KingdomMantainance and extra charges. I was put a little bit far from the main hotel and the phone in room wasn’t working, I kept on calling the reception desk using my phone. I was charged for bringing my food to me when I didn’t asked to be put in a cottage. I was disappointed. The IT guy didn’t turn up and I had to leave in the room with no phone. The bathroom needed to be fixed as well.

I loved the hotel. I informed them it was a “mini” honeymoon stay, and they provided extras (wine, fruits, the bed was decorated) on the house to make our stay very comfortable. I absolutely loved it
