The rooms are specious which invites for a longer stay. Breakfast is great and it is quite place. Staff is great and management too. What to say? I found now my place to stay for my frequent travels from Gulu to Kampala. Thank you for the great hospitality

I was slightly disappointed my room was not cleaned during my week long stay, but overall it was a positive experience.

As a foreigner, just the lacking ability to pay with card which would have been easier to make payments there.

The staff are really good and friendly. As for the food, only got to do breakfast because for the most was moving around alot but it was really good (you get a variety of options that taste very good). Then the quiet noise free environment. Loved my stay there.

There were no clear signs on the streets leading to the small alley indicating that the place is there. The gate was closed on arrival and it was difficult to see whether there actually is a hotel behind the wall&gate. Arrving late at night the driver was understandably uncomfortable to leave his passenger out alone, especially as Google Maps didn´t show the same name as for the place (Banda Inns) as Booking.com (Hospitality Connect). After finding the place everything was smooth and the place is nice.

Wonderful supportive staff went to extra lengths to find a charger for me. They assist with other requests too about what to do and so on. Lot of services nearby. Clean rooms and a nice yard to enjoy breakfast. There was a super-friendly dog as explained in the summary of the hotel, that was also interested in the breakfast. Nothing to worry about but of course some people have a difficult background with dogs so take that into account if you or your travel companion dislikes a man´s best friend.

Their name doesn't appear on Google search as they recently change the name, but they are supportive with taxi arrangement.

It's quite place within the busy city, staff is very nice, breakfast is perfect, and we once order dinner too and it was so delicious+ good quantity. I recommend them strongly.

Perfect and secure location offering access to a variety of restaurants and no far from the city centre. The guest house itself offers space to welcome guests for business meetings. Amazing staff.

By 630am, most of breakfast is ready which is included. Sausages or egg dishes are on request. Fee of airport shuttle also included. Washing also included. the garden is very greenish and during breakfast birds are beautifully singing.

Breakfast (buffet style) was good, but service could be more efficient.

Nice garden and plenty of seating space. Comfortable room with good shower. Location in more relaxed area than the bustling center. Good laundry service. Friendly staff.

A hot water kettle in the room would have been nice and ideal for a cuppa of tea.

Well connected to transport and security is good. Location is superb with shops in the vicinity. Breakfast provided was very good. Staff were very kind and helpful.

It was a little tricky to find, because the address on Booking and Google Maps says the road it's on is called Lubbobo Close, but the sign in real life says something like Semakula Close. Ignore the name and follow your GPS! Also, there's no sign or anything on the street or at the gate, which seems a bit odd. My room was directly next to a little alley where staff do washing and they often started at 6 AM. That was not super nice to wake up to. And having people right there outside the window made my room feel like it lacked a bit of privacy. I just kept the curtains drawn but missed having natural light at times

I loved the location, the property was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was lovely. The room was very clean and I am always happy to have access to a hot shower!

The gym next door tends to play loud music during the day, disturbing the otherwise calm, relaxed and quiet atmosphere

Very good value i booked twice, don t need to spend time to find a better guest house in kampala...and the staff is very polite ,helpful, with driver, the breakfastis delicious...there is atm, supermarket, restauration 5 minutes walking distance...
