The fridge door was closing properly, the bed smelt like someone had slept in it I didn’t like that. The tap was leaking which was annoying at night time. I had to do my own cleaning in the shower as it wasn’t properly cleaning . Lots of black mould in the corners and it just didn’t smell freshly cleaned.

Location is great and the room are generous sizes. The price was alright for the quality of the hotel . Not too expensive and not too cheap, just there . I loved having 2 tv screen in my room so I could watch in sitting space and also in bed. YouTube was easy to access so well done for that .

The place needs some bit of TLC as it seems to be falling apart every time I visit it.

The location of this place is great being next to Acacia Mall, Kisementi and the nightlife in the Kololo area. The breakfast is good. I would recommend for anyone travelling to Kampala for a few nights

They should consider refurbishing the entire hotel. It must have been impressive in its prime, but years of heavy use have worn down the furnishings and overall facility. Additionally, more attention should be given to hygiene, particularly with the utensils and electric kettle, which I had to clean myself.

The nightly rates are very decent compared to many hotels for such a central location. Fairly good food selection for breakfast and access to the city center is a plus.

One point: The wifi throughout my stay, particularly in my room), was sporadic at best and safe to say atrocious. This affected my ability to work from the hotel and make calls to family. No signal for the TV either.

The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Spacious bathroom and cosy bedroom. The living room and kitchenette were compact but suitably equipped. The bed was great. Staff (especially housekeeping and restaurant) very friendly and approachable. The standard of food and service was high.

Food menu has very less options in that too, most of them are not available. Water bottles given in the room is with metal cork, every time u need to use a bottle opener and you cannot close it too

The internet was on and off especially in the the rooms, and the TVs kept on hanging. However NELSON assured us everytime and also assisted all time when we could not get a hang of it. The management to check on the internet issue and also improve on the TV apps.

We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, special shout out to TEDDY at the restaurant, very welcoming lady and proffessional. Also a big special shout out to NELSON (front desk) he was readily available and always ready to assit us. Quite proffessional and a great problem solver whenever we got stuck..he was also very kind and of good demeanor.

WiFi was sporadic; I had 1 hour virtual training that was interrupted twice and we had to turn our video off to reduce bandwidth to improve audio. Buffering on smart TVs was also significant. We had to have our own Netflix or Prime accounts to watch movies on the smart TVs unless a previous patron left their account open. Bed was standard foam and a bit on the too firm side for me, but great down comforter and pillows.

Amazing buffet breakfast, with eggs to order. Very clean and well maintained with excellent AC system, though you could see some age on surfaces. Great location and gym equipment was well kept and very clean. A water filtration system that allowed drinking water from tap and excellent water pressure and hot water system. Loved having the kitchenette.

The restaurant didn't have a few things on the menu. Traffic in Kampala can be a challenge, but nothing the hotel can do about that.

Spacious rooms that have a separate sitting area and kitchenette with microwave and kettle. Food at the restaurant was tasty. Staff arranged an airport pickup and everything went well. Shower products were surprisingly nice.

The receptionist staff held us up at check out for over 45 mins looking for change and trying to print receipts leading us to narrowly miss our flight! We had to pay $340 to the airline for ticket change. Better training is also needed for staff to follow up on requests made by customers and speedy resolution between shift changes. For example, I had a missing hat and vaccination card from an earlier check in but there was no feedback at checkout on whether the items had been found. Bar prices are on the high side and most drinks were out of stock. Breakfast could also be improved by having more variety and options.

The rooms are excellently done and the styling is more of a 1 bedroom house which makes it homely. I liked having a TV in the bedroom and lounge area. There were appliances and kitchen items as well which is an extra bonus. Room was always clean, fresh and well maintained. Location close to Acacia Mall is very accessible.

Nothing meaningful for my 2 night stay.

Hotel is located litlle on a side, but thanks to this the road is less busy and restaurant has a nice top view on the Kampala. Food is good, both breakfast and a la carte. My room was spacious with modern outlook.
