The staff were so nice and welcoming. The manager was so helpful and even offered me a check out ride. I enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was so comfortable, nice room with beautiful balcony view.

A fairly neat hotel in a location where you have everything close to you. Victoria Mall is a five minute walk. It is worth noting that the receptionist was impeccable

The dirt road and the surroundings but that's more of a town planning problem than it is the hotel's. Despite the environment, it is unbelievably quiet and serene at night, which was a plus plus plus for me.

I loved the African themed décor, the cleanliness of the place and the room, the breakfast, the staff are amazing, the bed's length and width, the balcony is great for early morning and evening chillaxing, the aircon....it's also in a central location, near shops, fuel stations, Victoria Mall, Botanical gardens, African craft market, with easy access to public transport.

Early morning wake-up call for breakfast, suggest inquiring the day before

A perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight, located 10 minutes from the airport. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-laid out. There is a grocery store nearby and a local restaurant around the corner. The Victoria Mall is a 5-minute walk away, maybe less

    The location of the hotel.

This place is a very good value for money. The location of the hotel is not top, I must confess, but the place in itself is very good to my point of view.

The power went out when I was about to check out in the evening.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Uganda. Well designed with AC, spacious balcony, modern bathroom, and Comfortable bed.

Good location, comfortable rooms with airconditioning for an affordable price. Although the hotel is in town, it’s very silent at night.

I couldn't get the Aircon to work, which didn't bother me but might bother some people. Also, I had to pay in cash because the card machine wasn't working.

Friendly staff, easy additional shuttle service from the airport. Good, clean room.

The only minor downside during my stay was the faint odor coming from the sink in the washroom, especially when left uncovered. I recommend the addition of air fresheners or perhaps addressing the plumbing to keep the area smelling as fresh as the rest of the hotel

I had the pleasure of staying at Ambrosia Hotel in Entebbe for 3 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always paying close attention to detail. The manager was particularly friendly and went out of his way to check in regularly, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. My room was spacious, airy, and super clean, offering a perfect environment to relax. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the food was absolutely delightful. Breakfast was not only filling but also delicious, with very generous portions. Lunch and dinner were available at an extra cost, but they were well worth it — I still can’t forget the humongous tilapia! What truly stood out for me was the level of care and support I received when I fell ill during my stay. The staff went above and beyond, offering to take me to the hospital and willing to assist with all the necessary medical runs. Their kindness and willingness to help made a world of difference. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ambrosia Heights and would highly, highly recommend it to anyone visiting Entebbe.

We didn't like the fact that when we arrived, they had no rooms with the facilities that we had booked with booking.com. They do not have any rooms with 2 beds in them. Luckily for us, they rectified the situation by giving us 2 rooms. But after traveling for 8.5 hours by bus, and then another hour from the bus station in Kampala to our hotel, we were not impressed! They also do not have saunas in their rooms, as per the description from Booking.com.
