We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is nothing that i didn't liked , i have been in this hotel 3 times and knew exactly what to expect.

The best hotel i have stayed in for years. Absolutely faultless. I had a large room on the third floor which was warm, spacious and comfortable. There was a big balcony with a table and chairs and a privacy screen between the adjacent rooms' balcony. The bathroom was good too, with complementary toiletries and a toothbrush. . The bed was incredibly comfortable, plenty of pillows and had very good quality linens. There was a well stocked mini bar, not that I used it, full of chocolate and drinks. The staff were lovely, very helpful, very charming and very welcoming. They spoke good English too. My room was cleaned every day which I did not expect. My room included breakfast which really was first class! A great variety of really tasty things to choose from, a good coffee machine and lovely surroundings. The whole hotel is very stylish, easy to find and well located in the historic centre and Derybasivska Street, well placed to explore and see many of Odesas sights. It is about a 30 minute walk to the bus station. I felt incredibly privileged to stay at the Wall Street Hotel, very welcomed and looked after. Hope to come back to Odesa, a very beautiful and elegant city and I will most certainly stay at the Wall St Hotel again. Cannot recommend it highly enough.- really exceptional.

This hotel is quiet, small, clean, modern, and comfortable in a great location. The staff is very attentive. They went above and beyond by having an exceptional meal in a bag for me when I left prior to the start of breakfast service.

I was traveling with my dog, and they charged me an additional $20, so my stay was more expensive than I expected. In addition, they required a $25 cash security deposit for my dog.
The hotel is in a nice area, close to supermarkets and parks. The breakfast was good, and the place itself is new.

It would be nice if there was also a hose with a shower head in the shower. After all, you don't always want the water running over your hair from above.
Today I can keep it short: It doesn't promise too much in the description (like other hotels), but exceeds all expectations. The staff are absolutely great and helpful. The room is great and spotlessly clean. The water hose at the toilet with hot water is a big plus in hygiene that is forgotten in many toilets in Europe. The terraces of the superior rooms are fantastic. Great furnishing style. Comfy furnishing and bed The location is 6* -)) The breakfast is very good for this category of hotel - but some critics have obviously overlooked the fact that requests for egg dishes are prepared individually and not simply provided in a warming container. Chapeau!

I had a lot and heavy luggage, but the front door of the hotel is five steps from the ground with no ramp, which is not very friendly for travelers with luggage, fortunately, the hotel has a security guard who can help pull it in. The breakfast at the hotel is probably one of the bad ones I've ever had, I arrived early on the first day and bought breakfast separately, which cost me UAH 350, but there really wasn't much to eat, not many choices and a limited number of eggs, the coffee was only open for breakfast and not the rest of the day
The room was clean, the location was great, basically the city center, but the entrance was hidden behind the business center, the spa service at the hotel was so good that I stayed for three more days, thanks to DASHA & KAJIA at the front desk of the hotel, and the masseuse MILA!
