Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

I would be a hypocrite to say that I didn't like anything this time. Everything was ok.
Again, I appreciate the cleanliness, the quality of the bed linen, the bath towels, the products provided for your own comfort. The breakfast is sufficiently diversified and the restaurant is clean and carefully cared for by the staff. I returned with pleasure and confidence and I will continue to do so on other occasions.

Being the first stay here, I had neither the necessary time nor reasons not to like something.
Positioning between the two areas of the city, the old one, with a medieval and aristocratic air, and the new, modern one. I appreciated that the hotel has a bunker, which means that security measures in the event of an alert can be carried out. A clean hotel with very good food and qualified staff who speak English. The room I stayed in was chic, comfortable and very well maintained. I was pleased to be at the Premiere Hotel for the first time.

Odessa in our hearts)) Very hospitable staff. The best whiteness of towels and bedclothes. Central location. Pleasant views from the window. Delicious and variety breakfasts. We felt comfortable here. Recommend!

The front desk was incompetent. I was told that they would allow my girlfriend to use the facilities before I arrived that evening, but they would not do so when she arrived! It completely ruined the weekend. Furthermore, they overcharged me by 5% when I checked in. The bed was a bit too soft. The lights all turned on each time I arrived. I had to walk around and turn off lights constantly
Fitness room and pool area were excellent. The breakfast was very good as well. Comfortable room.

I recently stayed at Premier Hotel Odesa, and while the overall experience was decent, I encountered a policy that left a sour taste. Despite the pleasant stay, the early check-out fee significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. And there was not a misunderstanding, I checked out at 5am and the receptionist clearly asked me to pay 50% for early check-out, referring to the hotel policy. Travelers should be aware of this.

The shower cabin was extremely small for me, I am 193cm and I could barely move inside of the cabin.
I didn't use all the facilities like SPA, but all that I experienced was exceptional. Very good open buffet breakfast.

The only downside - breakfast has nothing in common with what you think about breakfast in 5 stars. Everything was very tasty, especially cakes and grilled vegetables but the variety and how everything is served… and one sort of bread which is super far from being fresh… But it’s a war time and it looked like it was hardly 5-10% full so maybe it’s the reason which is fully understandable. Really hope to return back this year!
Brilliant staff, guys make you feel welcome, just everyone. Thank you very much! Good quality of linen, really nice cosmetics provided in the bathroom, free modern safe, spacious nice room, very pleasant SPA area (saunas work only on the weekends). Shelter gave me the feeling of protection (until I got used to alarms) even when I was the only one in the cellar - thank you for offering them! Good cocktails in the restaurant at dinner time)

I’m not saying we had a bad experience but so many little things let this hotel down. The room wasn’t ready, 45 minutes we waited after check in opened. The steam-room (hamam) wasn’t working at all. We found a piece of old fruit under a cup in the room, we asked for wine glasses to the room but they didn’t come. The banya doesn’t work until 4pm. No compensation was offered for any of these things.
It was clean, comfortable, modern and with friendly staff who spoke English. The pool was great. The location was ideal. The breakfast was tasty. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

In the reception girl named DARIA was so rood and she doesn't have to work in hotel.my room was soooo dirty and in the food in restoration I find a big heir.

I didn't like the fact that when I booked a room, I kept getting the message...there are only 4 rooms left, while the hotel was practically empty and only 4 rooms out of 200 were occupied at that time. Analyzing this objectively, this information was actually erroneous, and even part of a false marketing.
This time I tried the SPA facilities. The sauna is very good, the jacuzzi didn't particularly impress me and the pool, although quite large for an indoor pool, has cold water. For Ukrainians this doesn't seem to be a problem as they are used to cold baths, but for me a cold bath in winter is not exactly what I wanted.
