No air-conditioning. Considering hot summer, this is a big minus. Water in the shower (in the room) - it smells. Need to clean boilers more often probably, or other actions. As the hotel located on the high level, it's pretty tough to walk uphill (it's 15% downhill). Senior people should be aware of it. Some hotel shuttle would be nice to have.

Outstanding view from the hotel, if staying in the main building (A), very good swimming pool (both outside and inside). Good kitchen. Perfect staff!!!

Our third time there! My family in Ukraine loves taking some weekend breaks and relaxing in this beautiful hotel. You get great service and amenities for very reasonable and attractive prices. Highly recommended

Staff very friendly and help so quickly as possible. nice breakfast and chef cooking as traditional Ukrainian dishes , so European, for example cheese cream soup bring in bin from pastry . Swimming pool outside and CPA zone inside very comfortable.

We liked everything!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous!! Spacious rooms, absolute cleanliness, everything is up to 4 star standards. Two swimming pools: an open air one and an inside one. 2 saunas: hamam and Finnish sauna. Breakfast is like a la carte, one may contain eggs, meat and vegetables + one of the desserts you may choose too, also you may grab some fruits and sweets at the buffet. The hotel is located not far from the Lake of Youth and it was really convenient to reach every important touristic point. I cannot say enough of the personnel: the stuff is extremely polite, Oleh at the reception was more than professional and was always willing to make your stay as much cozy as possible, Roman at breakfasts (not sure of the name, he has a tattoo on his neck), he is also the bartender there further, was always extremely friendly, we felt like home while talking to him. Summarizing, I do recommend to stay in Pidhirya as this is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels in Polianytsia.

The only one minus - is location. And not because of distance, but because of elevation. Its located almost on top of a mountain) It's hard to get there without a car or taxi, and it will be nice if the hotel has its own transfer around the Bukovel for an additional price. But if you are traveling by car - it's not a problem, the hotel has a huge parking place.

Wonderful staff and the hotel itself! Diverse breakfast, anyone will find something they may like. Great SPA complex, with a huge but not deep pool. Also, one of my friends broke her leg on the third day of our stay, but our apartment has 2 floors and the bedroom was on a second. When the staff realized that, they proposed to give a free apartment with only one floor for that girl for the last day of our visit! So, the staff and politics of the complex are awesome, that was a really great experience!)
