Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

There was a view of a dilapidated building. The address attached to the booking is incorrect. The bed linen smelled too strong of detergent, so I had to remove it from the blanket. It would also be good if the apartments offered disposable slippers.
Big clean apartment, comfortable bed, tv, air conditioning. It was easy to find keys when assistant sent photos and description to whatsapp of how to get to the apartment.

The hotel is located somewhere along the highway but -30 mins walk to the center. It's not really a big problem for me, but maybe if you like to sleep with windows open then the noise of cars/motorbikes on high speed might disturb you. But close the windows and you will be perfectly fine, its soundproof property is good enough (of course this is only obvious during summer when windows are preferred to be open).
The cleanliness is top notch, the main reason I would love to visit again, no bad smell or stench either. The room is spacious and with extra-comfortable bathroom. Although the outside of the hotel might be a bit deceiving, but the inside is really nice. Typical situation of "don't judge a book by its cover" hahah.

The location is not really convenient, its a bit away from the city centre and there are no grocery stores nearby. The hotel is located near the road so it is a tiny bit noisy. There is also a railway, so when the train passes the beds are shaking 😅
The room was modern and clean. They let us stay with our cat, which was great. The lady at the reception was super friendly. If you are looking for the motel near the road while travelling-it’s agreat place to stay. The price is really good

The place is very comfortable for 1 night stay if you have a car. It's also new and comfortable. My recommendation. But there you will here some train voices. Just for your information 😉

There was no in-room A/C, it's a system where it's pumped into each room and our room was last on this system so we didn't get as much benefit which was explained to us. Next to a garage and main road, without curfew could have been a real problem but wasn't on this occasion. Biggest problem however was damage to our car. It is connected to a car garage and there is tight parking. We parked where we told to by motel sun lit staff. Next morning we were woken abruptly quite early to say, please move your car, it may get damaged. But of course, it already had been damaged. They denied any wrongdoing on their part. They just blamed us for parking there when it was their staff who had told us to park there in first place. They told us that we should always check for scratches on rental cars because it was there before. They had assumed because I was speaking English that it was a rental car, but is actually our car. I also had a video of the exact region where he said the scratches already were, because we had the car washed and polished the previous day before our trip and took a video of the finish. When it was said that you are meant to provide a safe place for people to park, his response was "Well it wasn't stolen". A really terrible person, who stains the reputation of the good people of Ukraine. They were a detailing garage and could have just apologised and polished the damage in a matter of minutes, but chose to be confrontational. I would certainly not recommend this place to anyone.
The room itself was clean, modern, bright. I will be fair in my comments and will point out the positives before the damning negatives. And you can see all my reviews have been fair.
